Breakfast on the Friday morning was lovely
Room was too hot and limited controls on the radiators.
We arrived 11.01pm and were told bar was closed (at 11pm!) and room service stopped at 9pm, stayed in many hotels over the years both for work and pleasure but this was a first for me, having travelled down from Dublin, we were told there was a vending machine we could get some food......
We had to leave to get back to Dublin for our flight by 8am on the Saturday and were told breakfast was from 8am and no flexibility even thou we had paid for breakfast!
Also Friday morning builder started banging outside our door at 8am!!!

Expensive drinks also breakfast wasn’t included in the the price of stay which was first for us so
We went out for breakfast we didn’t feel 35 euros for both of us was justified we’re elderly...

Lovely staff and lovey atmosphere. Location was great as its about 4 minute drive from the city centre. Stunning hotel in and out with pool and gym area.

The dinner in the restaurant was great
The pillows were old and hard. There were 6 pillows into room we stayed in but they were all the same. I woke up with pain in my neck

The hotel is in a beautiful Georgian building surrounded by well kept gardens. The Interior decor is very special

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were excellent
suggest that they don't move function room furniture around at 5.30 am if people are staying in room 103! phoned and complained the first morning - and they stopped - but did it again the next day.

The room had a beautiful atmosphere, food well positioned for easy access, the staff that walked us to the table was courteous and professional, clean, they all had that, I want to make you comfortable look as you enjoy your food, and our hotel, amazing experience both times, the dinner was a knock out, wow!!!! the room was warm, bed was great, it is a 10/10 for me, I could go on

Staff are sooo friendly, every meal we had was great quality, and it was a busy hotel with a great atmosphere.
Our room had a slightly strange smell, and it was very hot, we had to sleep with windows wide open. Also the lack of a lift wasn't ideal.

it’s always relaxing and breakfast is Superb ! love to come to Brandon for our relaxing nights and the spa

nothing cosy/nice or character to reflect the outside of the building. we were told when we booked we would have garden view but we had building and football pitch 1km walk nearly from reception

The wifi worked very well
The price of the room was ridiculously expensive. Can't be due to increased energy costs as there was no heating on in the room for the entire stay. Price of the food for room service was ridiculous also . I didn't eat in the restaurant but my partner had lunch there Roast beef He said it was the worst lunch he has ever had anywhere and he's aged 76 so has had many meals throughout his life
