How quiet it was the scenery was beautiful had a room right by the marina .
nothing it was a pleasure to find a hotel so nice an welcoming.

Room is nice and bright. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Great view from room. Very tasty breakfast!! Friendly staff excluding manager on duty.
I didn't like manager on duty. Because he called to Garda only because I wanted to have a pint of beer in the hotel restaurant before come back to my room in the evening. He decided that I had enough of beer and didn't let me to have it with my wife. Garda arrived and got my details but they didn't do anything to me because they did see that I'm fine and I was not a problem for anybody. I asked for excuses from manager next day but he wasn't nice and did not want to solve it. All staff was very nice and polite in the hotel excluding manager on duty. That's my second stay in Marina hotel and I would be happy to come back again but I wouldn't like to see that person again in my life.

The hotel is in a great location with most bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless and comfortable, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Waterford Marina Hotel! Set in a beautiful location along the marina, the views of the river were breathtaking, with the convenience of hotel parking right outside. Our visit was made even more special when we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which was simply awesome and exceeded all our expectations.
The reception staff deserve a special shout-out for their super friendly and helpful demeanor that made our stay smooth and enjoyable. I really savored every moment at this hotel, and my only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Waterford looking for top-notch accommodation with stunning views and stellar service!

Good breakfast selection. Secure underground car park. Family room was large enough for 4 to fit comfortably. Ironing board and hairdryer supplied.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress.

Lovely comfortable hotel conveniently located close to the Waterford Chrystal experience and the Viking sites. Fab shower. One of our favourite stays on a 3 week tour. Would totally recommend.

Staff were v friendly and helpful, the room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The bar was full and lively and there was music on the two nights we were there.

Great location, quiet but close to the city and peaceful views of the river. Room was spacious and comfortable, and well equipped with a very nice bathroom. Excellent selection of choices at breakfast and very attentive staff. Ate in the restaurant two nights in a row, chose from the bar menu - lovely food served by the brilliant Bernadette. Also, it was great to have secure parking right beside the hotel.
Our only issue was the room was a bit too warm and we couldn’t find a way to alter this. The noise from the Saturday night live band filtered through to our room a little but did not disturb us. A small fridge to chill water might have been a nice addition, but was far from essential.

Great staff and great location- recently renovated so very clean- a pleasant place to stay
I understand that the check in time is 3pm but usually hotels can facilitate by 2pm- staff knew I was there from 1pm and I was hoping that they could redeploy staff to facilitate me due to being a regular customer ( 3 times a year)- unfortunately I eventually checked in at 2.40pm which was disappointing

Found the hotel as per instructions , parking on site was a bonus .
So a single room on a Friday night in July 153.00 and that didnt include breakfast !!!! Really ????

Only stayed overnight but staff were very helpful and location was great two minute walk from town centre and hotel decor and facilities good a little bit of renovation going on in part of the hotel but did not distract from the stay. Would rebook if in town.

Staff excellent. Cleanliness excellent, even though works going on. Will be hotel of choice in Waterford from now on, for both these reasons.
Bed too hard, too small. No clothes hook in bathroom. Extractor fan didn't seem to work - hopefully teething problem as room was nicely decorated/upgraded.
