They hosted us very warmly, and the location is very nice. You may look at Matterhorn from your room or the garden at the entrance. Our room is very clean we loved it.

The reception.
First of all, I should apologize for my mistake when booking from Booking.com, the receptionist corrected our mistake when check-in.
However, when check-out, the receptionists also made the mistake and took a long time to troubleshoot where is the mistake. It almost delayed our schedule when check-out, and makes us run into an embarrassing situation. It caused the unhappy for rest of our trip.
I believe it is just occasional, but the reception team gives a bad impression to me.

Excellent location with great view of the matterhorn from balcony. staff very friendly and helpful! Perfect distance from railway station- about a 5 minute walk. Very clean with an excellent bath.

Lovely mixture of an established old friendly hotel with modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Good firm mattresses and great pillows. Extensive breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Comfortable common area on ground floor to relax and read, board games etc.supplied. Extremely friendly helpful staff typical of a well run family hotel. Half board available at a very good restaurant (le Mazot) just across the road at very reasonable rates. Lovely hotel with a friendly welcome.

The location was fantastic right in the middle of town, just a short walk from restaurants,bars and the ski lifts.
The owners and workers there were very nice and always helpful. The continental breakfast was great!

Lots of thoughts in every detail. The view is fantastic from all the balkonies. The place is warm, sunny and pleasant. No noise from the street if the windows are closed. Perfect localtion - center of the town. The atmosphere was very welcoming, friendly and helpful all the time. The staff and the owner are the most pleasant people I met before. We'll definitely will come back!

At Hotel Parnass we felt like we were staying with family. The staff answered every question and solved every problem, even giving us inside advice about where to ski. We will return to this location every time we visit Zermatt.

Fantastic location with the friendliest of hotel owners and staff. We had a room with a balcony with thw most amazing view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was also a highlight.

Amazing view of Matthorn just from the room balcony.
I simply put my tripods on the balcony and starting to shoot the beauty of night Matthorn with stars, moreover, wake up at 6:00 to shoot the sunrise spots on the top of Matthorn, and these result make my day.
10 of 10 rating of this hotel as an photographer lover. Not to mention the host is very very kind and the location is also accessible to all train and metro we need.
I stay in this hotel for two days and will still stay here if I visit Zermatt in the future.
