No kids channels on TV Muslim shower

The stuff was really nice! We accidentally got a different room, instead of city view we had pool view which obviously was amaaaazing! Thank you very much, we made such a lovely memories!

The swimming pool was nice. The food at the pool was ok. Wifi was ok. Air con in room was good. Nice view. Helpful in organising excursions/taxis etc.

The room was very cheaply furnished. Definitely not 4* quality and made a bad first impression. Beds are hard (like most in Morroco) but kids didn’t even have beds but uncomfortable narrow sofas to sleep on and this is supposed to be their ‘best room’ (superior suite). No basic tea/coffee making facilities and unable to get hot water (drinking). Buttons around the room that switches all the electricity off??!! Very basic breakfast selection. Lots of pastries but overall poor for choice. Coffee machine that gives you hot chocolate when you select cappuccino. Ran out of fresh towels and given a used towel for the pool. Some staff were friendly others indifferent. If I could get my money back I would have moved to a different hotel but felt like I had to stay once we had checked-in.

What a great hotel! Clean, big rooms with comfortable beds and hot showers. Beautiful pool, sunbeds and gardens with snack bar with reasonable prices. Good location for the beach. We had breakfast which had plenty of choice. The staff were lovely and so polite and helpful. We could have stayed a week instead of just 3 nights.

Pool and gardens were amazing views for chill days. All staff were lovely always and helpful. Food was great and buffet on till 10pm was helpful.

Pool not heated in December so unusable. Overpriced especially when Pool not heated. Breakfast Buffet not refilled fast enough towards end and plates taken away before finished.

Everything was as expected. The staff is very polite and willing to help in any way. The restaurant was fine and so was the breakfast buffé, although it would be very appreciated to have a little more European style in the buffé sometimes. Not just Moroccan and French (lots of sweets). Our fav person was Hanane in the reception, willing to help in anyway and recommended things when we asked. Thank you Hanane and all of you in Tildi Hotel & SPA for making our holiday even more great! We will be back :)

The disco in the next hotel (OASIS) was very loud and they play the music outside as well. It was difficult to go to sleep and took quite awhile to get sleep. This is what makes me rate Tildi from 10 down to 8!

The Hotel itself is great. The Spa was great as well. The breakfast had nice options and the Moroccan mint tea was excellent.

The bathroom is tiny, old. The shower area could be lot better. The booking.com website says the pools are heated but in reality the it wasn't , hence our kids were disappointed.

Good location, nice garden, big swimming pool. Tasty breakfast. Attentive personnel.

We love this hotel and have returned several times . It has a really nice relaxing atmosphere . A good mixture of different nationalities . It is obviously privately owned as there hasn’t been glitzy corporate money thrown at it . The restaurant is more a university dining room . Efficient service , regular , good quality, tasty food but definitely not fine dining . The pool area is fabulous as it is surrounded by trees and the gardens are lovely and not over manicured.

Rooms are dated and the cleaners didn't change the bedding even after complaining until the following day

fridge and phone did not work in the room . whenever we asked for a towel they had none . breakfast was very basic and the gym was not available . room furniture was also outdated
