Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke great English. The buffet breakfast was exceptional because there was plenty of food and wide variety of cuisines offered in one place. Definitely value for money. The hotel room was clean and maintained well, had all essential items. Mini bar affordable. Great family entertainment for kids with an under cover play area of play equipment a mini jumping castle, colouring in and table tennis.

The sports bar and spa were both closed for renovations. The room service menu is limited and slightly expensive, but you pay for the convenience.

Morning breakfast　was very good. Stuff was good manner and friendly. Food was delicious. .

At the pool side restaurant, I requested Coffee. But it does not offered for long time. So, I cancelled it.

Walaupun Hotel Bintang4 dan sudah cukup lama tapi pemeliharaannya sangat baik dan bersih serta semua peralatan masih beroperasi baik. Kolam renang dan gym serta tempat parkir sangat besar.

Not impressed with the breakfast. Many choices but not to my liking, the egg station could not work out how to poach an egg. Some tomato or mushrooms with the eggs would have been nice. No where to sit and have a quiet morning or afternoon tea. Nor was there any offering for this.

Excellent hotel. Good variety for breakfast and very good staff attitude. Worth staying.

Food, service, and location are all stunning, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We used the pool, both restaurants, bar gym, and massage facilities just great. Hope to be back.
