Always a pleasure staying at sheraton. If you have kids, during weekend they have lots of activities for them. Beds were on the bigger size, so more comfy if you have kids staying in the same room with you. Breakfast spread were so many to choose from.

‘Oldish’ establishment, not blink blink, but who cares?

Need attention on the room maintenance

location is good. In the city center.

I drove electric car (intercity) to the hotel. I was looking for EV Charging at the hotel, the hotel provide EV Charging facility. However, there is no adequate EV charging equipment at the hotel. I charged my car for the whole night (about 9-10 hours) but my car battery only increased by 10%

We chose one of the tower rooms, which gave us access to a special area for breakfast and afternoon tea. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were on a very high level in terms of choice and quality. Our room was modern, spotless and close to perfection. The staff is amazing: Kind, gentle and very professional people from check in to check out, and everyone was well informed about everything all the time. These people truly do an amazing job!

The dinner buffet lacked the quality we experienced in the morning and afternoon. Yet, the choice was still big and the quality good.

this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)
