Great layout and location

Some maintenance needed, tiles coming off in the pool, some rough steps to pool

Friendly staff

Room 1 had cockroaches and tv was broken , so we change to Room 2. Room 2 had a strong odour in bathroom.

Location, breakfast and hotel cleanliness. Also, friendly and accommodating staff.

Although it’s clean, but the hotel rooms are obviously old.

Proximity to paradise and idyllic beach and station 2 facilities

Nothing .all perfect apart from lack of knowledge and there should be facilities in all Hennan hotels for iron and ironing boards for guest usage

Staffs were very nice, the breakfast was very good, very convenient location

The pool that has the bar was very dirty. A lot of mosquitos/flies in the room, also I found one cockroach in the room right after checking in. The aircon was dripping. Bed sheet and chairs has stain. We were 3 in the room and they just provided amenities for 1 person

Расположение фантастическое, сам комплекс очень большой и можно найти себе внутри развлечения. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Персонал отзывчивый. Номер просторный и чистый.

Был номер 201. Это deluxe. Было достаточно шумно от внутренней вентиляции. И вида на море не было, лишь на террасу.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The spa. The pool. Lobby attendants.

Neglected by lady at the check-in counter of our room's availability. Waited for hours until we asked one of the staff. That's when we found out that it was ready. All other guests got their rooms even before check-in time, WAY BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME. Henann Garden is better.

location is good right in front of the beach. near to everything. sumptuous buffet breakfast.

i did not like the complimentary water in the dispenser, its does not taste like clean though. a 5 star hotel serving its guest taste like a tap water. also you have to pay extra to use their gym. it should be complimentary as you staying in a 5 star hotel. we’ve been in many 5 star hotel out of the country and its always free to use as long as your staying in their hotel.

There were small roaches in the bathroom.

the hotel location is in the center of all commerce and fronting the beach. Best location so far as i have stayed in different hotels in station 1. Room is acceptable, spacious and clean

the children staying in the hotel. very noisy. you should assign a wing families. One of the front desk stop doesn’t understand the “value “ of communication. If a customer will say booked us for this such activity or “dinner” then HE should take it seriously. But thanks to “YSSA” for sorting the problem out. She is brilliant.

The staff were amazing and food as well.

All was good.....jus the humidity levels in the room which the AC dealt with
