The location is definitely perfect for those who want to avoid crowds and the party scene. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to cater to your needs with a smile.

The room we stayed at was a bit run-down, especially the bathroom. There were ants that would make it to the night stand and even the bed. However, I’ve stayed here numerous times before but was probably assigned to the newer rooms.

Service is top-notch. Location and quietness is exceptional. Great value for money.

One instance of weird, vinegar smell in the room. Sliding door locks need upkeep. There is no exhaust fan in the room toilet.

не знаю, насколько имею право сравнивать отели, но в прошлом году жила в соседнем Hennan 5*. Так вот этот отель мне понравился больше)))). Ухоженный, домашний, много красивых уютных мест как для компании, так и посидеть подумать одному) . Территория чистая, зеленая, постоянно поддерживается полный порядок. Завтрак - шведский стол, не очень много блюд, но все пять дней - совершенно разные .А самое главное - абсолютно вкусно все, адаптировано под европейца. На завтрак два вида фруктов в неограниченном количестве, чай, кофе можно тоже наливать много раз. В течение дня всегда на пляже предлагают воду, даже не предлагают, а ты только приходишь в бар на пляже или занимаешь лежак, сразу стакан с холодной водой в красивом бокале). Персоналу отдельное огромное спасибо, очень доброжелательный, улыбчивый, искренний. Я бы даже отметила, что персонал уникальный)))), очень внимательный, многие мелкие вопросы решались даже раньше, чем мы о них подумали)))). Манговые шейки в ресторане - лучшие по соотношению цена/вкус. а мы знаем в них толк)))). И вообще, последние два дня мы ужинали у себя в отеле, это было дешевле и вкуснее, чем мы ужинали на 2- ой станции. Однозначно рекомендую и уверена, что обязательно вернусь в этот отель).

Номерной фонд не новый((. И обязательно надо вымыть окна. Перед соседним отелем ежедневно устанавливались сетки для волейбола и тенниса, было очень интересно наблюдать за игрой. А вот если бы у нас была возможность взять оборудование напрокат и тоже поиграть, это вообще было бы незабываемо. Рассмотрите возможность покупки такого инвентаря, он для вас окупится быстро, а гости с большой пользой и большим интересом проведут время.

Friendly staff

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they change the menu everyday, except for the pancakes, bread and spreads. The front desk granted our request to have our rooms adjacent with our kids. The rooms are very spacious, including the bathroom. We have our own balcony too. The linens and towels are fresh. We even borrowed beach towels for the island hopping tour or whenever we went to the beach. The beach is just by the hotel/resort. There were beach volleyball and tennis courts set-up right in front of the hotel. The location is also excellent. Going to D'Mall is easy. The hotel security helps us with getting a ride. The place is very secured. They also allowed us to check-in early, like 10AM, since the rooms are already available. Will definitely stay again there.

When we had drinks at the bar (beachfront), there are no ambient music. It would have been nicer to have some nice music while guests hang out there. There is no free Wi-Fi inside our rooms. Only at public areas, but still the signal was bad.

My family have been staying at Sur since 4 times in the last 10 years. Their efficient and friendly service and hospitality never changed. They show genuine care for their guests from the guard, specially the guards to the front desk people. You get your money’s worth to be at the best part of the beach with its station 1 and much cheaper than it’s neighboring hotel. We did transfer to another hotel because they don’t have a pool, but we came to realize who needs a pool when you are at one of the best beaches in the world. Sur is always and my favorite place to stay in Boracay!

Very peaceful and staff service is very good

Loved the felt hospitality in the resort. The room I was in had really good airconditioning and was more than comfortable for me. Internet speed was also just ok inside the room. At around 15-30MBPS, it still allowed me to work while there. My friend in another room though had zero wifi reception and had to be transferred to another room. Breakfast was standard, nothing stood out but does give you sufficient options. Food was also decent, and their fruit shakes were really good too. This resort is absolutely value for money considering the basic accommodation but more importantly the location!

Just did not appreciate the lack of coordination between the Front Desk and the Concierge - it took them around 10mins to find where our bags were! If the van for airport transfer was already there waiting, 10mins was a long time to waste.
