Definitely the location, it was near the beach, a store, and the restaurant and party zone

The location was great for access to the hotel zone and there were plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet and the air conditioning worked well.

The beds were truly awful and completely unsuitable for 2 adults to sleep in as they were both too short (for me anyway at 5'10") and not wide enough. The bedding provided was also very cheap and the duvets didn't have covers on them. The hob was unusable, it worked but took a really long time to cook anything as it never got hot enough. The local area reminded me of Vegas - if you like tacky party vibes you might feel differently.

Location is perfect. In my opinion it's best in Cancun, it's in hearth of hotel zone, close to best beaches and only 15 minutes to downtown (by bus which is as for 2022 12 peso). Apartment is big and bright. Kitchen is well equipped.

Some small repair works should be performed. It was also a bit difficult to check in (no one answered a phone provided in booking offer) but it the end we managed to do it with security. Towels should be replaced for new as well.
