Meu relógio sumiu no quarto. Guardei na mala porque não era à prova d’água. Quando fui pegar no aeroporto, não estava mais lá. E também sumiu o cartão de crédito e dólares do meu marido.

We liked the staff,food quality in restaurants and views.

We didn't like the lack of privacy in the oceanfront pool view room. Also, it had a musty smell when we walked into the room .The floor was not cleaned properly it felt gritty.

Very nice beaches and courteous, helpful staff. Many clean pools and wonderful activities.

Sometimes the food was very good, at their numerous restaurants, and sometimes it was bland or did not taste good. A let down for me. But many bars and eating stands that were excellent. Fantastic!!!

Minha estadia de 5 dias no Hyatt Ziva foi excepcional! A infraestrutura do resort é realmente impressionante. Desde o serviço de quarto (que pode pedir diretamente no tablet) até a ótima qualidade e variedade dos restaurantes e cafés. As duas praias com acesso direto pelo hotel são ótimas. O principal centro comercial e balada de Cancum estão a menos de 10 minutos de caminhada. Eu tinha um certo medo dos quartos com vista para as piscinas por causa do barulho, mas o ótimo isolamento das janelas faz com que não se escute nada de fora.

Nada ... não teve um único ponto que deixou eu ou minha familia chateado.

Most of the foods in thr restaurants and outside street grill foods were more than expected, we loved it.Staffs are kind and willing to help. Pools were clean and adequate for my boys. Most of all, the beach is awesome! Beautiful and many fish are swarming and sands are soft.. perfect beach!

Hyatt is Japanese company so, I see more Japanese than usual. So I really expected good Asian food.. But, the restaurant "Moongate" was unsatisfactory.. they offer sushi and many Japanese food but I will not like any of the food.. fish was no fresh, rice was dry and hard, soup was not authentic.
