룸크기가 좀 작아요

아침조식 퀼리티 좋고 18층 목욕탕 덕분에 여행피로를 풀수 있음

조식이 7시 시작이라 버스투어 떠나기에 늦은 편이라 조식추천드리지 않고 호텔입구에 포장마차 프로모션은 투숙객 편의와 상관없고 미트라운지는 특별하지 않았습니다 오히려 로비에 투숙객 쉴 공간이 없는게 이쉽고 카드키 1개 분실하면 3만원내라는건 투숙객바가지 같습니다

何処も綺麗でよかった

朝食がちょっと、思ってたのと違ってたけど、まあまあ満足

房間空間還算寬敞，浴室也大，位處熱鬧地區離車站也近，交通方便

電梯及公共區域地毯似乎未常打掃，灰塵太多，這讓對粉塵過敏的人造成很不舒服的感覺

Great Location. Very accessible to public transport. Near parks, restaurants and shopping. Wonderful onsen at the top of the hotel. Clean and comfortable.

아침은 안먹었고 위치는 삿포로역과 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 대욕탕을 모르고 예약했는데, 너무 큰 만족이었습니다. 와이파이도 일본 여행중 제일 잘 되었던 것 같습니다.

The location is good, close to eateries and scenic spots. The size of the room is larger than that of most hotels. The hot public bath and the resting lounge on the top of the building are magnificent. You got very nice views of the TV tower of Odori Park from there. The meetlounge service is excellent for afternoon snacks when you check-in late afternoon if you stay at the Cross Floor.

Fabrics came out from the carpet in the lift, lift lobbies and in the room and that caused sneezing if someone was allergic.

高いだけあって、部屋の中はとても清潔にされてました！ テレビを付けると大浴場やレストランの混雑状況が確認出来るのは便利！他にもYouTubeが観れるのは有難いです！ 大浴場もロッカーが大きめで有難い。冷たい水も飲めるのが有難い。ドライヤーも良いやつですぐ乾くので有難いです！ 朝食ブッフェもどれも美味しかったですし、全部食べたくなっちゃう！足りなくなったらすぐに補充される所も流石でした！ スタッフさんも目配りされていて感心しました！

大浴場の夜景を見ながらお風呂に入れるのを楽しみにしていたのですが、窓が曇っていてあんまり良く見えなかったのは少し残念でした。

Great walking to subway n sightseeing

1. 房間空間大 浴室水壓足 熱水也夠大 2. 行政套房附的lounge bar的飲料很齊全 下酒小菜美味精緻 3. 公眾浴池可以泡澡順便賞夜景很不錯 4. 從札幌站走到飯店約10分鐘 但到大通站也是差不多時間 就逛景點來說還算便利 5. 對街就有便利商店 6. 可用機器check in跟check out 所以退房速度算快

離札幌站的距離遠了一點 雖然都是平地 但拖太大太重的行李走可能還是有點辛苦

일본숙소답지 않게 넓고 편안했어요. 대욕장이 있음에도 객실마다 욕조가 있어 편안하게 쉬기 좋았고 일반룸도 스위트처럼 거실공간이 있어 엄천 좋네요~~ 다음에 간다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶어요!!

대욕장 욕탕 높이가 애매했어요. 아침에 채광도 부담스러울 정도였구요 ㅎㅎ

ラウンジ込み 朝食

위치는 삿포로역과 가깝고 찾기 쉽습니다. 18층 목욕탕이 정말 훌륭합니다. 아침 저녁으로 즐길수 있고 밤에는 새벽 1시까지라 시간 부담도 적습니다.

방이 좀 좁습니다. 저층은 뷰가 없구요. 묵으신다면 고층을 달라고 하세요. 뷔페가 쏘쏘합니다.

とにかく部屋がリラックスできる空間 お風呂も広くアメニティも満足できるレベル 大阪の系列店も良かったがあらためて札幌も素晴らしさを実感した！ 時計台のすぐそばの立地で雪印パーラーも裏手にあり地下鉄の14番出口を使えばすすきのまでの地下鉄もすぐ乗れて利便性も感じた。

髪の毛が洗面台に落ちていた… シャワーの温度を一番低くしても熱いお湯がでてきたので温度調整がやや面倒だった

Good location in the centre of Sapporo and a walking distance to Sapporo Station. The room was spacious, bigger than what you’d normally get in Japan for the same price. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Overpriced breakfast Hotel bar is only available to use for a fee. You can’t just grab a quick drink, you need to pay for the entire package

High quality hotel in super convenient location. Very modern appearance and perfectly clean. Easy to access in walking distance from Sapporo station. Very friendly and highly professional staff.

A renovated spacious room and the Welcome Package. We had booked a room that came with Club like facilities. Drinks and nibbles from 3-10pm. It was a great surprise

Convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Many restaurants around.

The public bath is small and almost always crowded with people. The view of the bath is not so impressive as it claims. The room is not so spacious as one expected for a 23 sq m room. Overall cleanliness of public places less than satisfactory. Don't understand why it requires people to self-check in as there is always staff to assist.

This is AHN who stayed for 2 nights from July 12th. I'm going to write down a complaint. I parked in the parking lot and came into the room as the parking agent told me that my car was damaged inside the parking tower. I heard the answer that the gear was placed between the parking gear and the reverse gear, so I moved in the parking lot. I couldn't explain it because I was Japanese at the time, but I wanted to ask you to see if you could put a gear lever between parking gear and reverse gear. It's impossible. So I paid an additional 20,000 yen for the rental price at my own expense. This unsavory thing wouldn't have happened if the parking attendant had told me to turn on the side brake because the car could shake.
