Shower with good power. Brand new cooking utensils. the hairdryer is not working on the first day and it is immediately changed on the other day. overall very good for family travellers. the coin parking nearby is not expensive. ~1100 yen max in 24 hours.

Nothing! Due to transportation problems I arrived after 10 P.m. There was of course no one at the desk and I was unable to register at the computer at the front. I tried calling the "24 hour help line" and got a not available message. I then had to wander around Sapporo late at nite to try and find a place to stay. This only took me 90 minutes or so and I did not get into a room until well after midnite and then had to be up early for an 8 a.m. train.

As to the facilities and room I have no idea but there needs to be a VAST improvement in their check-in system. I also didn't like that I paid for the room in advance and have not yet found a way to get a refund!

It was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was no smart TV. The instructions for the user of washing machine could be more specific. We got it to work after much trial and error.

We had a reservation for two nights, make sure you receive the ENTRANCE UNLOCK NUMBER before your arrival. There is NO ONE at the reception. We received messages previously through booking.com but we were not able to open the message, so we had email the property MANY TIMES before arrival but the hotel NEVER REPLIED . After arrival we were stuck outside the hotel as we do not have the entrance unlock number. We had tried to call the emergency number but the girl do not speak english at all. We waited for almost an hour on the street together with a 3years old girl. Luckily a guest returned to the hotel and opened the door for us, the emergency call NEVER help at all!

Self check in was easy and location was close to the station. Convenience store nearby.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent value for money and close to Sapporo Station. Will definitely book again.

Really had to wreck my brains for this and I’m really nitpicking at this point: Maybe consider getting another chair in the “living room” ?

clean, spacious with warm heater. good microwave oven. the essential are there but no condiments provided for cooking. location is excellent, within walking distance to Jr station and Esta mall. no washing detergent provided but toiletries given are full set.

the trash bin lol. cos the plastic thing holding it keeps dropping out. it’s a small issue though.

Feel like at home, walking distance to subway station, nearby have convenient store and restaurant.

It would be good if there was a small rack to hang washed cloth.

Apartment is big enough for 5 of us. The apartment is clean, comfortable n cozy. From Airport take bus from arriving hall bus stop 22, 1100yen. The bus stop at ANA Crowne Plaza. Cross the road you will see 7-11. 5 to 10mins walk to the 4 level building. Opposite the building is Nippon car rental which is why we booked this apartment
