Best location for work hotel in Sergipe. It’s next to a great mall with conveniences: exchange money until 10pm, good dinner places to meet clients, Uber comes fast. Safe location. Hotel reception and restaurant waiters handle English. Cleaning staff best in Aracaju.

Check-in is a bit bureaucratic, but that’s good for safety.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I had to complain because during the first three nights nobody came to clean my room and all of my bins were already full. However, after I complained they started cleaning every day. Another problem was ordering food at the hotel's restaurant. When I ordered by cell phone, they took a while to respond if I went down to eat at the restaurant even though it was empty. After ordering I had to wait 40 to 60 minutes for my food to arrive. Finally, when I was at the pool and wanted to spend the day in this area I was ignored by the waiter. As such I ended up losing patience and went to eat somewhere else.
