I booked a single room last minute just to have a place to stay after my weekend hike, so I had no expectations at all, but the hotel and the room turned our to be a very pleasant suprise. My room was cosy, superclean, quiet, all furniture were in perfect condition, basic toiletries provided, the continental breakfast was very good quality, dinner was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the price was favorable, too. Happy to return anytime.

It was not mentioned that a guest card would be provided with free cable car access in the summer season, so I went straight hiking on my first day and could not take advantage of the discounts. Some more informational photos about the room would also be helpful by the booking - especially that the rooms are nice and cosy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Portion sizes in the restaurant were also very generous (as well as tasty).

I had an amazing stay at this very charming hotel! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a pleasant one! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! They will give you great tips for hiking! One of the staff even folded my clothes, that I have just thrown across the bed or the chair, while I was out hiking! That was very special to me! 😊 Thanks! The room was very comfortable and clean! Had a fantastic view of the mountains and church from my balcony! Breakfast was delicious too! Kippel is a neat little village with a lot of history! Thanks again for your kindness! I look forward to staying here again! 😁

There's some traffic noise below the room during the day, but it is not a worry! When it's time to go to sleep, it's very quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful view from the hotel and our room! The whole area is so beautiful. The staff is super friendly, we felt very welcome. The room was big and clean. Good shower. Breakfast was tastefull and there was a lot!
