夕食が残念でした。 浴場も少なくて残念。

大浴場 湯の花と書いてあるが　そのような感じがしない 妻が入ったら黒い布のようなものが浮かんで　すぐ出たらしい

I found the staff service and their attitude the best . From Eitan( property operations) to everyone in the restaurants and everywhere else .

The staff were great, especially the dining place staff. The shuttle bus and shuttle bus driver were also great ! The outdoor play area next to the hotel was fantastic with good views and this was great for the kids !

It's probably not the hotel's fault but there was an unfortunate event where possibly another guest had dirtied the hot spring in the hotel. This made the holiday experience not so good. But the staff did a good job in managing the situation. The time where we went , the gondola was also not in operation , so that was slightly disappointing. The food options for the dinner buffet was slightly below expectations for the price but the staff did try their best.

Bed a little uncomfortable and interconnecting rooms or family room would be good. The bar and restaurants were not open all afternoon, 3pm to 5:30 was unable to get together as a family other than in the foyer lounge which was always full

Quiet and full facilities

We found live little cockroach on my mother bed and one on the floor especially on her birthday ( 16 ) however, the staff came fast to solve problem but this shouldn’t happen especially when we were singing birthday song and with this 6 stars hotel.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The amenities were amazing and the view was stunning (although tragically cloudy). The staff were also very accommodating for a late check-out.

I wish the fitness center had more benches and a bench press. It seemed small and a bit under-equiped.

Super convenient for skiing, really enjoyed using the onsen facilities, room was super spacious and very comfy.

Comfortable, good size rooms, quiet and dark. Food good in buffet. Location great for Niseko (tourist) Village but everything bar two hotel restaurants closed during our stay so little point to be here. However staff went out of way to support family. A big thank you! Location to gondola perfect but if your kids are at Go Snow better stay at Hirafu. Staff really were very helpful and kind! Free snowball makers and sledges.

Bathroom from a 70s space movie. Bar food really poor….just don’t go. WiFi and restaurants changed and closed during stay without notice. Moved us at breakfast buffet. Please just drop a note next time. We didn’t get time to try the (overpriced) restaurants. Next to impossible to get a taxi….. However hotel did very kindly pick us up and to be fair it’s not their fault. Just be prepared especially end of season. Find out what’s closing when. A very big hotel like this should have a family onsen area with cooler water for kids.

Hotel located in great place to access left. Excellent ski facility on site. Room was super clean with amazing views. Big thanks for room service team who decorated my room for celebrating my birthday. Nice onsen area, loved outdoor onsen section. Will definitely going back again.

Location is simply amazing! Very friendly and cooperative staff. The room is very comfortable with all amenities. We had 4 single beds fitted into our room for our 2 kids and parents. Worked out perfectly.

Breakfast was OK, but not on the Hilton level I know from Thailand. Sorry, guys! I missed the ski learners' lift or belt. Loose a lot of time and energy for the first timers and probably teachers, too! I missed the almost obligatory sliding hill, but may have overlooked it.

A little far from nearby town, but thanks to free shuttle, managed to get to convenience store and restaurants in Hirafu.

Location is amazing, Onsen is magical, snowboarding was great fun.

Rooms were far too small, outdated and the bathroom is tiny. Also, we booked a special dinner for a 16th Birthday at Pirka Teppanyaki, when booking we were not told about the cost per person and there was no Menu/reading material at the desk to determine price until we got to the restaurant and sat down t find out it was almost $300.00 AUD per person and a set menu. it made for a very uncomfortable experience that we could not cancel as we would have been charged for cancelling. Bad communication from the booking counter.

ski room was friendly and efficient and staff found and returned to me my dropped scarf. there were always enough staff even in very busy periods. the system for having a number to retrieve your stuff works really well. The vast Hot spring/Onsen was amazing. The indoor and outdoor baths provided space and a view of the mountain while soaking. The overflow pond had big carp in it which was a pleasure to watch when soaking in the outside hot spring. There were lots of towels, wash products and other extras all available. it was outstanding in every way.

一出來就有滑雪場，很方便。也有幾間餐廳。整體上很不錯
