Much better than any luxury hotel in Kyiv. Now, to come here for vacation, too long and little risky because of blined missiles. . But, here, the SPA facility of this hotel is very fanstatic, and employees are so kind.. So highly recommended this hotel.and Dnipro for family and couples, after war. Wish be safe all employees in this hotel... Slava Ukraine

Well maintained sauna and spa and spacious rooms, if you are placed in one of the newly-renovated rooms.

We had a horrible experience with the front desk manager Oleksei. First, he deliberately misled us about the availability of rooms so we would pay 4x the amount for a deluxe suite. When I complained, we were placed back into the type of rooms we had originally booked in the first place -- despite his insistence they were sold out. What a hassle. One of my colleague's rooms had broken AC - no joke during a Ukrainian summer! Oleksei said someone had tried to fix it even though no one had. My colleague had to switch rooms again at 11 PM and was placed in a room far smaller and shabbier than the room we had paid for. Finally, two of my colleagues had their phones swiped at the sauna; Oleksei did nothing to help us locate the phones, brushing us off when we asked for help.

Amazing friendly service, very spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, nice location with a park nearby. Expect WOW! I was pleasantly impressed when i were organized a taxi to the airport free of charge. I am really proud to know we have such great hotels in Ukraine)

As for a SPA hotel, i would recommend the owners to pay attention to the quality of bath products (shampoo and shower gel) in the rooms - this is the only point which needs improvement.

Great location, off street parking is available. Always feel comfortable at Tsunami!

The therapy massage and foot great. The staff works hard. Good idea room beautiful really and clean.

Temperature at the room could not lower at 23 gr. Was hard to sleep in het. Also in Hotel everywhere was hot. The restaurant it is not what you can aspect for 5 stars. The spa first level could be renewed it's to old or restyle. If you go the other part it's good. The breakfast 5 stars hotel coffee in a cup?????? Come on you can not do that.
