it was absolutely clean, and the staff was very friendly, and helpful. the equipment was more than good.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

The staff was/is so nice. Even the owner. She gave me a little christmastree, she made herself. She helped me down to the taxi. Her staff Kate is so helpfull. Please be nice to her. I gave her 50 UKN and she was so happy for that, cause she said she only did her job. She did more, she made me feel welcome, even when she was sick. (No Corona)

It was too loud at night. But other things were pretty good.

The room was perfectly cleaned, the beds and furniture were in good condition.

All good except there is no elevator and taking luggages upstairs is just hectic

The hotel located upstairs and doesn’t have elevator

The room was spacious.

No one came to even ask if I wanted the room cleaned. I had to ask for someone to come and take the trash in my room.
