I had booked a non-smoking apartment, but it smelled of smoke. They did offer me another apartment, but without bath. Two days later I could change to an apartment with bath.

There was no breakfast available. Location was good. Food and shopping within walking distance.

The man at the front desk was very rude and ignored me for 15 minutes while I stood with a question, while he took personal calls and let 3 other people cut in front of me because they spoke the language. Then he got up and went outside and had a cigarette with his friends that were there. He finally came back in and still ignored me. I have a hand held translator and presented him with a question. He is just the receptionist and not his problem was the answer. The credit card readers are very out of date and were wanting a PIN number for my cards. That didn't work so they wanted cash. I had to transfer funds to my debit card to pay for the room. Just unpleasant staff.

The staff was excellent in providing the key and taxi service to the airport. Probably one of the better stays I can remember. Next time I return I will surely want to stay at this place

Very clean and flexible owner

The apartment was amazing. It`s a type of place where you`d want to live in, not just stay a few nights. I arrived late at night, but had no troubles checking in. The key was waiting for me at the reception desk and the owner met me the next day to greet me. Checking out was a breeze as well, as you can simply leave the key at the same reception desk. The cleanliness, location, apartment decor and furnishing and the amazing view are all adding to the reasons why I`d choose this place next time I need a place to stay in the city.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was high end with stylish design, everything was thought of. The apartment was clean, comfortable with wonderful views of the city. Front desk has 24 hour security. The apartment was located in the downtown area . All necessary infrastructure for leisure and business is located nearby, very convenient if you don't have a car. Special thanks to the owners of the apartments for the warm welcome and recommendations. I would come again and would definitely recommend it to my friends
