We booked a superior apartment for new years eve, despite having an issue with my card as I sincerely forgot to update this on the site, reception rang to double check and he was happily able to sort this over the phone. THANKYOU! Our room , it was very nice, clean and comfortable as described. We were given easy instructions for our late check-in. Carpark was right outside our room which was great! As well as Friendly reception.

Parking with a van and trailer impossible on late arrival when virtually all parking spaces were in use. Parked on the road, which was OK, but maybe not ideal.

Not being told in advance that this motel was being used as emergency housing. A receptionist/manager who had no idea about customer service, was sour, rude (kept me waiting while she carried on a personal call in a foreign language) unhelpful and quite frankly could not give a damn about the welfare of customers. I would never recommend this disgusting motel to anyone.

Very comfortable and cosy, clean and lots of bathroom products which was good.

Outdoor seating was a little tired looking.

We couldn't get the T.V. to work to start with, so tried ringing the office for some help, but the phone in our room didn't work. I then went down to the office to ask for help, but it was closed. It was 9pm and in the compendium it said office hours were until 9.30pm. Also the bedside clock in our room didn't work. For the money we paid, I thought it was pretty poor.

Clean Tidy Comfortable bed just what I was looking for

Unfortunately When returning to the room in the evening There were no lights on anywhere I had to fumble up stairs and along to find my room and It was very dark I felt this could be an Health and safety issue. I left early the next morning and there was no issue as lights were then on. On the payment it stated you could pay by credit card or eftpos The credit card had a 2% sur charge. Before I arrived the payment had been already taken from my credit card card including sur charge. I felt surely the method paid was down to me not the motel already taking payment ad I was going to pay with eftpos

Good location, off street parking. Modern unit Was available at a reasonable price. Good to see crappy units being upgraded. Well designed units, sunny and nicely laid out.

Carpet had hair and food scraps from previous guest probably not vacuumed. kitchen sticky in places. Not enough hot water pressure for a shower. Cold water pressure marginal.
