This is the most relaxing Hotel I have ever stayed at. This is where you need to go to recharge human batteries when they are running low 😉

Nothing, it was simply perfect, even the vegan menu was very tasty!

Stunning property, truly elegant and kind staff. Fantastic services and food, world class hospitality. Quiet disconnection from the world with as little or as much communication as you desire. I cannot wait to return!

The rooms were understandably humid at night; even with air conditioning on 24-7. This is a given since it is such a natural setting with outdoor bathrooms and riverfront rooms.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved how the management views taking care of the environment with sustainable goals as important as taking care of people. Also, Shuttle service to Ubud thrice a day negates the issue with location.

This is an exceptional location and resort. The treatments and facilities are amazing. Lovely food, ( and lots of it) and some of the best sleepI've ever had. Will definitely return

Whilst enjoying vegan food, I'm not 100% vegan. Looking at the website in advance the only picture of the food was a salad type dish, I really expected to be hungry during my stay. Incredibly surprised by the food once there. Just a suggestion that maybe there should be images of more of the type of dishes that you serve? If I wasn't attending a wedding there it might have put me off booking?

The absolutely stunning location is next to the river. We could not imagine that we leave for 4 days in the vegan hotel, but the food was so great that we regretted leaving. You won't miss mil or meat here. Chef is doing an amazing job. Flower baths in the room is also an absolute must (take a room with private pool)

villas, nature, river view, vegan food, presentation and taste of food. they even provided us free upgraded to. bill pool villa considering we had a child

need better maintenance, there were cigarettes butts near the pool area where as the resort has no smoking policy. it seems they are short staffed. the property is great but needs attention to details. The breakfast spread was limited and for reason which just does not makes sense they don’t provide fruit salad to kids as part of complimentary breakfast. there were cobweb on the cealing fan in our villa number 122

The motto ‚love in action‘ is used everywhere by all staff of this wonderful resort! The refinement is also very impressive. Great treatments combining unique high quality balinese massage and spiritual ceremonies/energy work

This week was just perfect! The people working here are so kind, they are willing to help you with everything and are always smiling. The riverfront suite is so beautifull and everything is thought of. Couldnt wish for anything more! Thank you all, we will definitely come back to your beautifull resort. All the best, Demi & Frank

could have better lighting in the bathroom area as it is difficult to get ready to go out. the riverfront suite could also do with a full length mirror

We dreamed to stay in the hotel with complete plant-based restaurant. It is very nice. Breakfast and dinner was good. Amazing desserts! All vegan and it is fabulous!

It is absolute not worth the money! The aesthetics of the photographs do not correspond to the reality at all. It’s not awful but the price is three times higher than it should be for such accommodations and service. The room is very dark, shabby, moldy and smelly. Flower bath is not included in the price. You have to pay extra. I live on Bali 2 years , I know the price for flowers, it’s dirt-cheap. We visited yoga in the morning as well, the yoga level is poor, the teacher is not interested in this activity, not involved in the process. The hotel located in the middle of nowhere, hard to find. Far from everything in Ubud. It is near the river, but the view is not as scenic as many hotels on cliff in Ubud overlooking the luscious jungle.

Amazing. I was looking for a specific type of retreat in Bali and this was perfect; tranquil, peaceful with wonderful treatments to indulge in and scrumptious yet healthy cuisines to enjoy. The staff were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Some of the day trips were a little on the pricey side. I’ll definitely be coming back here again.

Everything. The staff is amazing, the food delicious, the facilities incredible and the healers very talented. My favourite hotel!
