It was very tastefully and originally decorated. The rooms were large and comfortable with all amenities. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Lovely pool, complimentary towels and bathrobes. A spa and a good restaurant. It offers everything you can ask for!

Great Location. A 10 minute walk to Pub Street. The pool was such a welcome retreat from the heat. It was very relaxing!

Very beautiful Place, charme like an Temple, usually that Kind of Hotels you find in Bali! Location is Great, you find everything what you Need around, Temples Not far with tuktuk, Airport one Hour Drive, but Hotel itself is very quiet! The staff here is so Kind, so lovely, always smiling and doing the best for you having a warm and charming atmosphere! The breakfast let you find everything you would looking for, good coffee as well and eggs how ever you like them, made fresh from the Cook, Restaurant for lunch and dining recommended! You get Great Food in high quality for a fair Price Head a really Great time here, Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏🙏

We stayed in Siem Reap for 6 days. Perfect location, 5 minutes from the liveliest but also chaotic part of the city. Small hotel, 29 rooms, but very pleasant and well-kept. The internal restaurant and breakfast are also good. The swimming pool is also nice but has the flaw of almost never being in the sun, this is because as in other hotels it is located in the middle between the buildings which therefore shade it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness in some ways needs improvement for Western standards.

Clearer advance communication about transportation options would have been helpful, but maybe I was the one at fault. In the end, not a problem at all.

The location is good. And the rooms are reasonable. The staff are lovely but there’s a mismatch. Everything here is an upsell. But not a regular upsell. A huge upsell. I began receiving calls and messages from the hotel the morning of our flight there asking me to buy their taxi service. They don’t like me saying i had my own arrangements and continued to message me. But it was when we checked out that we saw the real problem. They were charging us $9 for fruit smoothies (fruit and ice drinks, no alcohol). $9 is the average daily income of a Cambodian. I told them this was an outrages price and the manager nodded and smiled. We were charged $27 for 3 fruit smoothies. That’s an incredible cheek to expect such a price. I informed the manager that i am the manager of a resort in Thailand, on the beach, with 55 rooms and we charge $1.50 for a fruit smoothie, which is already considered expensive. I asked if he was sure he wanted to charge us $9 a drink and he didn’t seem to want to change his mind. Breakfast was also massively over inflated price so we opted to eat off site.

Their hugely inflated pricing, especially food and drinks. The pool that is mostly shaded throughout the day. The lack of blackout curtains so we were awoken at sunrise.

The staff is outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Food and beverage quality is great for a fair price. The free lunch and massage package were really worth it. Truly great value for money.

The rooms are not so soundproof.

The staff were above and beyond. They took care of all our needs, they were professional and courteous. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We had massages and pedicures and we're extremely happy

The property was very central and well designed. The decor was lovely including the rooms and the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond helping us when my son had a minor injury. They were caring and extremely helpful.

The only downside was that it was next a a fairly busy street. But the rooms are situated away from the street so were quiet.

Now this is a FANTASTIC hotel find. I feel very lucky that we found and stayed here. It is a relatively small hotel and has exceptional personal service. We were welcomed with delicious drinks and help in making arrangements for our time in Siem Reap. We had the most amazing massages in the spa and I highly recommend the breakfast options and set lunch on offer. The hotel even made us a "take away" breakfast to enjoy after our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. The pool is beautiful and with fountains and lighting is very atmospheric. We were just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Siem Reap. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with lots of plants and trees, breakfast was nice and we recommend eating in the restaurant, the food was fanatastic. We felt very well taken care of during our stay, the staff helped with booking tours and was always ready to assist us. They even decorated our room as it was our honeymoon, as a surprise, that was lovely. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Siem Reap.

The hotel very kindly offers a take away-breakfast for those who go on the sunrise-tour to Angkor Wat. That being said, it was not very tasty, and we ended up eating the sandwiches we had prepared ourselves instead of that take away-breakfast. Not a big thing, it was just a bit surprising, as everything else was so high quality.

Everything! There was literally nothing we didn’t like. The staff were amazingly friendly and greeted us whenever we returned to the hotel or bumped into them. We checked in early at 5am and the next day they still made the effort to give us our welcome drinks and snacks. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday and they absolutely spoiled him with lovely room decoration and a cake at breakfast. The pool was lovely and clean and the rooms were perfect - so spacious and beautifully designed. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

There wasn’t much to dislike but if I had to say one thing, we weren’t able to have a buffet breakfast due to the number of people staying in the hotel at that time. However, the menu at breakfast was still superb and we could order as much as we wanted!
