Nice quiet place close to everything, they had some dvd's in the room and we enjoyed that. Room was nice, spacious, heating worked really well and had everything we needed.

Check-in was relatively smooth.

The room was horrible. It had a bad smell, and the window panels were layered with dust and dead insects. The kitchen, oven and bathroom were very old and dirty. The carpet looked old and dirty - I made my toddler stay on the bed the entire time we were there. Flyscreens had holes meaning insects visited throughout the night. It was a very disappointing stay, especially compared with the other motels we stayed at during this trip. In my view, the place needs a major renovation and deep clean in order for it to be inhabitable..

2 table chairs in the apartment for 5, mismatched and sometimes not sufficient cutlery. Warm quilt on January.

It had a good base; kitchen, good sized rooms and access to all amenities.

Missing the small things, only two towels but were four of us, no presence or staff at the hotel.

TV was useless - sound and picture were not in sync so sound was delayed - impossible to watch. Remote needs replacing - did not work properly. Just try and use for yourself staff.

Upon arrival hair on pillow cover , dirty microwave , sticky bathroom and kitchen floor , stained wardrobe mirror, food particles in the kitchen area , food partice on bedroom carpet , cob webs above the bedroom door. While checking out, we slept on stained mattress protector. Had blood stain on it. Garden sliding door is faulty , won't lock.
