Terrible beds ,Bathroom not clean lounge chair discusting

Location. Comfortable bed & clean although had a problem in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant

Very dark decor in the rooms, toilet leaking making bathroom floor vey wet & slippery. Once reported just put tape around pipe, didn’t work!! Had a pool but couldn’t use it which was very disappointing as the weather was still hot.

I understand this was a budget motel, but it was the most disgusting motel I have ever been to in my life. The appliances and everything else in the room was not only outdated (not in a vintage retro kind of way), but simply old. You could smell mould before seeing it around the room. It looked and felt dirty, insects fly through the windows, by the morning you’ll have the bathroom sink filled with dead insects. I’ve been to budget hotels in Thailand- but this is definitely worse. I had also put a DND sign on my door, the cleaner decided to open it anyway, slowly cracking the door open, I said “excuse me” and she proceeded to apologise before closing the door. Speaking of doors, there is the standard push button to lock the door on the knob, but the secondary lock with the chain has been bolted away from the door that you’re unable to attach it. I also met someone else at a nearby venue who was also staying here and agreed it was a disgusting motel (he explained he chose budget over comfort), this place definitely needs renovations or to be demolished, I find it offensive that they’re allowed to offer accommodation. I had paid for two nights (in advance), I left after one night. I don’t often give a bad review for accommodation, but really it is not okay to sell these rooms to people.

We have stayed here a few times before. It is easy to find and has off street parking. You can walk to the shops and there is a variety of take aways close by. The rooms are a nice size including a small table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water presurre. The lady at reception was cheerful and helpful. We will stay here again.

If it had have been cleaned before check in it would have been quite comfortable. The bath was good to soak in and the location of the motel was good.

My son arrived early afternoon instead of the 4pm that we had expected however the room had not been cleaned, none of the bed linen had been changed and none of the rubbish had been removed. There was no one in attendance or anyone for my son to contact to ask for a different room.

Location is very convenient. Very easy to head out of Albury via a bridge over the Murray. Lovely park opposite.

A little dated but to be expected for the price. Wifi didn’t seem to connect

Stayed here before and whilst the first stay was average this stay was made much more uncomfortable with the amount of noise coming from above me. It sounded like someone moving furniture very loudly and was still present at 2am. The motel is also very old-fashioned with worn facilities. The fact it is not much cheaper than others in the area but quality is much less means I won’t be coming back.

Unclean, room not serviced daily, over priced, pool full of duck poo, no shampoo in shower dispenser, no hand wash in vanity bowl.....never again!!

Comfortable bed and very spacious unit bonus was fridge and freezer not just fridge. The fact that bathroom accessories were accessible was great straight from the pump although a couple were almost empty.

Furniture is a bit outdated although sufficient of needs and probably don't need fake flowers in room as they just gather dust. The pot plants and chairs left on balcony are a little dangerous and trip hazard when walking in the dark / early hours of morning. Pot plant on wall make it difficult to carry large luggage past.

cleaning below satisfactory. towels were awful and swimming pool was green with algae. poor tv reception . should not be as expensive as poor quality for price !
