A tidy unit in a superb, peaceful location on the hill overlooking the port and the beautiful sea.
Staff are friendly and the restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner
Gardens are well maintained and a perfect spot to watch the boats
Nothing (The walk up the hill is good exercise!)

Very nice place. Nice view, really good food and the best staff. Everyone was very nice and accomodating. We had some wonderful conversations with the employees there.

It was an awesome staying. Very good breakfast. A stunning view. Staff was very kind, full of valuable information, and helpful; especially Ms Alessandra, and Ms Stefania.

The staff were very friendly and great with the kids! They were always ready and willing to help make our stay comfortable and fun by helping us plan and book our two full days with activities.
The hotel was accessible to the main road where the bus stop was located.
The daily breakfast was abundant and fresh and the optional dinner was equally delicious!
The rooms were a bit small for four people and the shower was extremely hard to get in and out of.

The view was absolutely amazing from the hotel dining area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner with my wife overlooking the port of Ischia.

The view from the breakfast area and the terrace are spectacular. Also, the hotel's staff were very kind and helpful, and great hosts. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, I really liked the cappuccino.
Although it is rather close to the centre, you need to walk for 15-20 minutes. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, but I never saw one on my way.

The property was simply amazing! The rooms were sparkly clean, the view breathtaking, the staff was so warm and the bed so comfy. Waking up with your own garden and the sound of the birds is something purely magic. Really reccommend it.
They can improve breakfast though. Although it was tasty, it was the same every day.

The rooms were nice and had amazing views of the town and sea. The staff were as friendly as they could be (see negative point below). Breakfast was very nice and quick. The hotel is fairly secluded (which we liked)
Staff didn't speak any English at all. I understand that in a foreign country I can't expect everyone to speak English but within a hotel I would expect somebody to be able to speak a little English.

Relatively good breakfast compared to italian standards. You could choose fruits, bread, cereal, yoghurt, cake..
Overall good rooms.
Location on top of a hill means 20 min walk to Ischia Porto center. Can be done, but is more suitable if you have a car or other transport.
Hotel restaurant does not have a big selection.
Thin walls between the rooms, could be noisy at times.

Really good breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace and rooms. Overall very clean. The staff, especially Alessandra, are great. Reasonably close on foot to Ischia Porto, which helps if you don't have a car. Easy to reach buses that head to other parts of the island.
Our fault, but we didn't realize the hotel was at the top of the hill on foot from Ischia Porto, so it was a bit tiering to walk back in the evenings. Our shower cabin was a bit leaky. Noise insulation was pretty bad (but normal by Italian standards).
