Mosquitos are fairly active.

The facilities and room was very clean and the swimming pool area was great! They make the bed and clean the rooms every day. With breakfast is good value for price as well.

The decor of the rooms could be more modern.

The stuff of the hotel were always very kind and helpful and the view from the room and the swimming pool was stunning! Very good location, well connected with Ischia Port through several bus lines and a walk distance from Casamicciola, where you can find bars, restaurants, stores and the beach We went for a weekend trip only, but we really enjoyed our time there! Next time we will book for more days!!

The location, the pool and the views were extraordinary. Throwing open the shutters to the perfect, uninterrupted ocean view with Vesuvius off in the distance was remarkable. Staff very helpful arranging taxis, and there's a scooter hire place just across the road too.

The rooms and breakfast were pretty basic.

Fabulous staff, view and location! We had an amazing stay and miss everything a lot. The staff is like family, and makes you truly feel at home. The breakfast is simple, and tasty. The hotel is conveniently located ten minutes walk from Casamicciola Terme and there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The view is dream-like! And you can sleep with the windows open and just hear the sound if the waves. And wake up to an incredible show for dawn! Thank you for everything, hope to come back soon!

The hotel is so quiet and peaceful, the view is amazing, and it's also bang in the middle of two towns (both walkable for dinner/supermarket etc). In the room the air-conditioning worked very well and we had a lovely terrace too.

Breakfast wasn't great, we opted to go to the town on our second day and the pool closes quite early at 6pm (well before sunset). The room was also quite small, and the lighting/ambience/decor was quite dated.

The crux in the room Some refurbishment would make it a 10.

Nothing. In fact I was very disappointed, one cannot say that the place was beautiful, just because the hotel has a view to the sea, and that’s it.

They assigned me a single room with a single bed, extremely small, it was a box room, without windows, I had no space to move, I could barely take two steps in a row, there was only one very narrow door that led to a small patio behind the house, and to the worst of all, the small patio opened directly onto a cemetery down below through which when night fell I had to close the only door because leaving it open scared me a lot. I asked several times to change my room, not caring if I had to pay more money if necessary, but according to them it was not possible, and the most terrible thing about the case was that initially when I made the booking, I had to pay everything to Booking .com and if I left the hotel my money would not be returned, since paying in advance has its purposes on the part of the seller, or not?

Amazing pool and view! We really enjoyed our stay and it was a good location, we found it easy to get around from there. Staff were very lovely and helpful and the breakfast was nice :) can’t wait to come back!

The staff were very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. They were quick to provide assistance at any time, and answer any questions. The hotel has a great location, with amazing views over the bay.

The view from the balcony was amazing, very relaxing environment and helpful and friendly staff! The hotel offers discounts to nearby restaurants and thermal parks. Breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was great!

The shower was a bit small, depending on the room location there is quite the amount of stairs to climb.

Staff were amazing, Facilities were excellent and we had a great stay and would like to definitely revisit! Pool area is brilliant

There isn’t enough fruit on selection for breakfast

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Laura in particular, went out of her way to help with some special requests. Beautiful location, clean rooms, peaceful and quiet with amazing views. I can't understand why it's rated as a 1 star hotel. Definitely a 3 star!

Had to pay for towels

A wonderful hotel on a wonderful island. Very kind hosts. Wonderful view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples from the balcony.] Free parking. Swimming pool with warm sea water. We really enjoyed. Recommended!

Beautiful view, peaceful, well connected to towns and beaches. Large room and comfy bed!

More selection for breakfast would be great!

Excellent breakfast, very nice staff, close to thermal pools and beach club. Nice hotel pool. Amazing view from private balcony. Very helpful staff. Good snacks.

The beds. One too soft and the others too firm. Wish that it was closer to restaurants, but there is a bus stop right in front of hotel.

The location it's perfect to move around, the bus stop it's just in front of the hotel and the view from the pool it's amazing.

No access to the beach

Breakfast was great- much bigger variety than your average included breakfast and most importantly the coffee was delicious and not from a machine!
