First look everything looked clean but after being there awhile it could do with a thorough clean The shower had a bad leak onto the floor Hair-dryer & spare toilet roll were not in the bathroom cupboard where you would expect them to be The exterior needs repairs & painting

Automated out of hours check in worked well. Room was spacious and well equipped. Park and river in the street behind the hotel. Close to the railway station and not too far from the greyhound bus stop.

Carpet on the outside spaces in front of the rooms.

Could not pour water out of jug without spilling. Spar pump etc cut out within seconds of turning on . Bedside lamp is broken. Couldn't get foxtel as instructions in guest info booklet.Guest info says room would be serviced unless do not disturb sign is on door .Couldn't find do not disturb sign and room wasn't serviced.Parking is not easy for large 4wd

The motel is central to main areas around Bundaberg.

The mould in the bathroom. The room really is very tired and needs redecorating- paint peeling.

Near the train station.. that was it.

The place was filthy. There were dead ants around the whole room, ants crawling on our pillows in the morning.. the place was infested. So many dead ants already when we arrived shows it isn't cleaned properly, dusty everywhere, I was desperate to get out and I'm glad we only were here 2 nights for the great barrier reef tour because I couldn't have stayed any longer!!
