The room was spotless, had everything we needed, staff went above and beyond, had meal in the restaurant, and was excellent. We would definitely go back if in bundaberg again

The staff are fantastic. My TV wasn't working and they replaced it within 10 minutes of me reporting it!
Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The people who work here are super friendly.
It is a dated - not going to lie, but it is super clean and comfortable. There is also a massive cell tower right at the corner of the building.
There was also no knives and only two forks for a room that sleeps 6.
Very, very minor issue that again, staff rectified immediately with a smile.

The fact we were upgraded due to the toilet not being in operation in our first room
The fact that when we were upgraded the showerhead was broken and I had to hold it together with a hair tie!

there was a lot of road noise, but this was expected due to location.

The room seemed to have been sprayed with perfume/fragrance when we first entered it. I have sensitive nose and the perfume made me uncomfortable.

Beds were so comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to lots of restaurants.
Room wasn’t made up after first day and no fresh towels were given for long stay.

Great unit with everything needed for our stay.
The bathroom smelt of urine, which we tried to disguise with room spray. The who unit was very clean so we can only assume it was a problem with the drains. We passed this information on to the desk as we left.
