Camera graziosa e molto luminosa. Bagno moderno e spazioso. Colazione molto accurata e con un’offerta molto ampia anche se la struttura dispone di poche camere. Il contesto sia all’interno, sia per l’ubicazione è molto discreto, silenzioso e quindi rilassante.

Room was clean and the bathroom was very modern. The continental breakfast had a wide range of foods to choose from and was beautifully displayed each morning. The staff were welcoming, friendly and trustworthy. The owners told us many tips and insights on Venice, from which museums to visit to which gondolas and water buses to take. The location was ideal, with the water bus and cheap gondolas outside our door that could take us to the town centre within minutes. Would 100% stay here again.

The property has been loving restored respecting its age and history but providing a very high standard of sanitary ware, beds and fixtures and fittings with a good level of comfort. The breakfasts were excellent and our host was helpful charming and maintained very high standards.
The very reason we love Venetian old properties with steep stone stairs and properties unsuitable for lifts my bad knee did not enjoy negotiating the ones in Ca’ Santo. Would it put me off revisiting? Certainly not we will be back.

I loved everything about this place. The location, the food. the cleanliness and the hostess `s were just amazing in every way. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone. Thank you for making my stay with you perfect.

Ideal location for a quieter stay in Venice.Small B&B with very good breakfasts. Would definitely book here again.
Perhaps the tea and coffee etc. in the room could be renewed more frequently, but really a minor issue, can't think of anything else we didn't like.

The location is a little bit away from the main tourist crowd but still within minutes walk from 2 main waterbus stations and within 10 minutes walk from a main plaza. It is nice to have a calm and quiet night sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The owners Alessandro & Veronica are very friendly and very helpful.

The location was great, central but quiet and away from the crowds, the suite perfect for our group, with two bathrooms, comfortable beds and a little kitchen. Breakfast was plenty and with a good variety, the hygiene concept in place, our hosts very friendly and helpful tips. The B&B is situated in a lovely house, old but redone, also with modern touches - nice athmosphere. Would go there again any time!
Only some small things. The kitchen could do with a dishtowel and the floors with a better sweeping (everything else was very clean). The B&B has very steep stairs so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. It did noth bother us and it says so in the description, but it concerns the whole house.

Perfection! Situated in a very quiet street in the Dorsoduro close to the Academia and the Salute this is a beautiful old family home that still retains that ambience. Veronica and Alessandro were excellent hosts providing helpful advice and a very good breakfast! We would definitely stay there again.

The location is the best feature of the property.
The room was quite hot even with the air conditioner. We requested the host to look into it. Not sure if they did anything but the room continued to be uncomfortable.
Others have written about the mask rule in the dining area on how silly it is and i concur. There is no social distancing in the dining area but a mask is compulsory when one goes to pickup their food from the buffet? That’s just silly.

Amazing location!!! It’s located on the quiet and beautiful side of the great river, and it was incredibly easy to get to the other side with either the water bus or small gondola taxi which were both only a 2 minute walk away. The owner were nice to give advice about the city (restaurants and how to get around)
There was no fridge in our room, which would have been convenient.

Locations was perfect to us, Quiet from crowds of people but 15 mins walk from places of interest, room & bathrooms are spacious, comfortable beds and very friendly staff ready to give you maps and show you places of interest, let us safe the suitcases while we went grab lunch just around the corner, breakfast was delicious.
Still covid restrictions.... Y respected but it becomes annoying when you have to wear mask for breakfast etc...

Good location, easy to find, water bus stops close to this place. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful host, replies messages promptly. Late check in was also possible. The place has cool Venetian atmosphere. The staircase is narrow and steep. The breakfast was fresh and very delicious. All clean and tidy.

The property is in a beautiful and quiet location, the property owners are lovely people and were very helpful and had lots of great tips for our stay in Venice. The room was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was also very good.
