The room was great, with a beautiful view of the river. It was a little warm but we just opened the window. It was big and comfortable, my only complaint would be the pillows. We each only had one and it was very soft. I would say the price was in line with costs we paid across Italy, however, for the price it would have been nice if breakfast was included, there was the option to purchase, however it was a bit spendy if you just wanted something small. The staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. The location was great, easy to jump on the water bus or walk. We had a lovely time in Venice, despite the rain.

This was my splurge for our 2 week trip in Italy, Our room was on the grand canal. The view was lovely, as was the room. We were so exhausted from sightseeing, we ordered room service, which was delicious!

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like. I would say the one area where there was room for improvement would be to have taller chairs near the window, so it's easier to look out at the fabulous view.

Location and good nearby restaurants

More space to sit, as only on terrace could be windy, wet or too hot dependent on weather.

they were not able to have the AC on.... so it was hot when we went.... we left the windows open... but mosquitos came in.

Everything was just perfect the staff the room food. It was pleasure for my wife and I.
