We were surprised by the cleanliness of the bathroom/bedroom and how comfortable the bed was. Really liked the walk-in shower due to having a bad knee

The room was what I expected for an overnight stay.

The mattress was not comfortable. The is a motor nearby which cuts in & out. Similar to a refrigerator motor. From outside the room it is barely noticeable. However inside it seems to reverberate. As a poor sleeper it was most disturbing. It was not the rooms aircon unit.

if I had to say something it would just be the room was quite small for a family. however it was good value so no complaints

Easy check in process, clean, everything you need for a short stay. Handy that it has microwave and and tea and coffee making facilities.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. 15 minute walk to town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Thin walls. Could hear the next rooms tv and voices so we gather the next room could hear ours too.

great location a short walk to katoomba. off the highway and in a lovely leafy locale. rooms were clean and recently decorated. facilities top rate including a toaster and a small fridge and microwave which were very useful. loved the pool - a swim among the gumtrees in the morning was very refreshing. staff also very helpful.

the dvd didn’t work which was a shame as they had a great selection in the reception to borrow. but she did try to fix it and I suspect it was previous user error that broke it!
