Size of the property, the number of bedrooms. The TV. Close to town center.

The showers are all a bit small.

Blue was clean and the facilities were great. had everything we needed. loved our own private getaway with the location being minutes away from town Center and supermarkets.

A number of trucks passing the house which is near the top of a hill, presumably from the industrial area nearby, at 6.30am on Sunday morning was disturbing

It was a lovely modern house. Only minutes to Katoomba shops and cafes by car. The house was well stocked with basic kitchen items such as tea,coffee sugar,S and P, and milk. Plenty of plates bowls and cutlery to use. Beds had lovely clean sheets and plenty of extra blankets,pillows, towels etc. Communication was excellent before and after the stay.

Having 6 adults and 4 children staying in the house for two nights, we all agreed that a second tv was necessary to cater for a large group. The open area upstairs could easily fit a tv mounted on the wall above the desk and a "L"shaped lounge would give plenty of seats.Having only a small living area downstairs was a bit cramped for all ten of us to sit. We also thought that the number of floor mats covering the carpets etc was excessive and a possible trip hazard for children and elderly people in particular. We did follow the instructions to take off our shoes at the door, and all had our own slippers to put on. I'm not a fan of using indoor scuffs that other people have had on their feet. Maybe disposable slippers like are worn by medical staff over their shoes would be a solution. We still enjoyed our stay in the house. These are just suggestions that we thought might be useful for the future.

Great space for everyone, everything we needed was available here for our weekend away. And only minutes to Katoomba , Leura and blackheath

Nice and spacious house with 3 bathrooms, perfect for group.

Position was good.

Way too many stairs for older guests & too many scatter rugs. The deodoriser in the hall was overpowering.. the main bedroom has a obstacle going into the bathroom. Not somewhere we woukd rush back to.

Cooper is located in a slightly slanted, it’s a bit hard to drive in to garage. Other than that I everything else was excellent.

Living areas on both levels. Good sized bedrooms. Exceptionally clean and well looked after house. Bathrooms large, modern and clean.

Nothing the house was excellent, clean and fully furnished and equipped.

The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable! So spacious, had a lovely warm feel to it! We were two families and there was more than enough space!
