Food absolutely delicious. Beautiful lounge/restaurant. Room well prepared. Location very good. Ample parking.

Room wad clean and comfortable, parking was easy and hassle free.

Restruant staff were pretty bland, disinterested and didn't really seem to care. No plugs by nightstands in my room.

Food was good and service prompt.

I would have liked a sideplate, if not on the table then a supply on the buffet bar would have been nice.

The staff were so helpful and kind when they found out the my dad was in hospital and that’s why we were staying. Food and restaurant staff were outstanding.

Lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff plenty of parking spaces. Food and drinks reasonable prices.

Bar area next to restaurant I would say that although quite comfortable seating not much atmosphere. A bit clinical I think maybe a bit of background music would help. I think room was a bit overpriced at £150 per night for room only, breakfast would have been an additional £10 per person not including tea coffee or juice. So would have been even more expensive. We actually chose to have breakfast at the nearby Morrisons . I think breakfast should be included at the price we were charged for the room.

2nd time we’ve stayed here and as I said on the last review it’s now our number 1 hotel
