apartment was very conveniently located; public parking easy & ample; well stocked and very comfortable

the main room (with sofa bed) was a bit chilly at night.

I loved the sea view and the welcome hampers. The owners were really friendly. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The check out time of 10am was a little early for us, but that might be because of Covid regulations.

Apartment was very well situated on the sea front, it had beautiful views of the sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Welcome hamper was a nice touch.

Apartment was very cold but heating was available and adjustable. Open food packets left in cupboards possibly from previous occupants. Some of the kitchen equipment hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Bathrooms needed some attention, mould on grout especially in the shower and on ceiling. No bathroom storage. Damp under master bedroom window.

Luxury Apartment indeed - it was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, the kitchen was amazing, two bathrooms with good water pressure, comfortable beds and the location was fantastic, right next to the beach.

It was a third floor walk-up and my grandma struggled a little with the stairs - which is obviously not something that can be changed, but a warning would have been useful perhaps.

The apartment was lovely ,everything there to make your stay relaxing.

I have mixed feelings about lodging with no host/front desk. It's efficient and even liberating in a way, but I never connect to such a place like I do when there is a host who is welcoming and helpful. Also there is renovation right now. No noise issue at all but the scaffolding is a little offputting and nobody seems to ever clean the sidewalk. There is a significant dissonance right now between the outside of the building and how very lovely the inside is that frankly did impact my perception.

We knew there was scaffolding up but workman were loud,and noise.we told it still had a sea view, but not told the shelter opposite was rhe centre for the local homeless, so everything we look out the window all we saw was scaffolding, workmen and homeless men

Well located. Apartment was very clean. Welcome pack of a few essentials on arrival. Heating was efficient and the apartment warm.

A few more mugs would have been useful to save keep rinsing through. Otherwise great.

The apartment was superb. The kitchen facilities were second to none, and the view of the sea on leaving the flat for work in the morning was amazing. The food and refreshments basket on arrival was a nice touch. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

The weather turned while I was there, so it was a bit cold in the mornings. There's a thermostat to modify the heater settings, however, and it soon warmed up.

The property was in the perfect location for the beach, the railway, shops & restaurants. It felt so safe and clean, and had so many lovely little touches, like the welcome basket & games. The beds were super comfortable & laundered so well. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need & everything worked to perfection.

Footstool to reach top cuoboards and pull chord on blinds! I am 5ft 3 but couldn't reach them.No problem as my husband was with me! But could have been. Will return definitely but with a folding footstool!

living room kitchen of apartment very nice and the games and welcome hamper very good. we loved our stay and it was very relaxing to come back to after busy days out and about

bathroom needs attention.toilet wobbly. the exterior very shabby and i panicked when we arrived and i saw it however inside was the total opposite to outside and we could see that some properties along the promenade front are undergoing refurbishment and it seems to be working its way along the long road the apartment is on so hopefully the apartments frontage will be tidied up and painted

A lovely sea view/ location and is a very social space.

We would have preferred better mattresses and bedding, the tv in the twin room was broken and on the main tv Netflix and others didn’t work. The place looked a little tired although clean, we have had more luxury for the price.

Location could not be better for sea front and sea views, promenade, castle, cliff railway and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartment is airy, light and spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. There was a lovely hamper waiting for us on arrival, so thoughtful and generous, including cereal, tea, coffee, fresh milk, orange juice, biscuits, crisps... Delicious bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, thanks!! Also a small table and chairs in the courtyard at the back. Exceptionally clean. High quality cotton bedding, very comfortable mattress, furniture, kitchen and bathroom fittings. The kitchen is great, very well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, etc. We both gave a sigh of relief as soon as we entered the apartment and knew we were in for a luxurious stay. We will try to stay longer next time, did not want to go home...

Location was excellent except a little noisy due to the parking area outside and car doors slamming. Lovely unexpected arrival basket containing cereals, coffee, tea and even a bottle of Prosecco! Milk and orange juice in the fridge too. Very clean apartment throughout- everything thought of within the apartment truly a “ home from home” with a lovey sea view.

Possible inclusion of bathroom miniatures might be an added touch - however not essential.

The main front door was very difficult to open.

Proprietor rang before arrival which was professional and courteous. Clean and comfortable. This has everything I would want and more.
