Lo staff per niente organizzato. Assenza di responsabili con cui parlare, staff di soli ragazzini meri esecutori.

Nothing can’t believe this is a 4 star should be no star

From the beginning Not enough staff No check in till 5 pm ,no bellman to help with bags you have to carry your bags thru the whole resort, pool And dining areas by yourself the room has only 3 channels of tv, you cant lower ac lower then 24 set by hotel , no towels for pool , no towels for beach can’t take hotel room you have to bring your own towels !! Can you imagine that , food was terrible I’ve been coming to Italy for 35 years the breakfast buffet was a zoo , understaffed poor food.hotdogs for breakfast?? Please!! No coffee have to go to 3 Machines that were broke half the time , long lines, poor service . Here’s the best part of a fine hotel they take all your payment for everything upfront , parking included , but for you to order anything at the hotel you have to give them cash and put it on their own cash debit card so if you wanna have a drink at the pool and you’re low on your cash card , you have to go back to the front desk to give them cash and have a drink at the pool, how stupid as that?/ They can’t trust me for a drink by the pool but they took three days advance when I checked on, they don’t understand the hospitality industry. Stay away

Restaurant staff incompetent ,poor breakfast , very poor dinner

Room in poor condition cracked floor, door handle comes off, safe not working, ac not working, Dirty bathroom, tv small and not working, no Wi-Fi 1st room not ready on arrival given second room..Supposed to be an upgrade but see comments above Poor quality breakfast. Large hotel and no information or help given finding room or about facilities we were entitled, Pool bar and restaurants did not take direct payment had to charge Hotel key with cash a real pain.

Don't recommend it. The staff was unorganized and rude. There were ants in the room and on the beds. Spent a whole day just to check-in. The lifeguard on the beach was also rude and unwelcoming. Extremely expensive for such a low-quality place. Terrible experience.

All very good but I find incredible that in a place like this, fresh orange juice at breakfast is considered extra (7,00€ each day!!!!). 1000 points lost. N. Negri

Too expensive overall. Disappointing food. Difficult to find the room without much help from the staff
