Very central, very pleasant, fabulous host, he not only recommended us a superb place to eat, he even showed us where it‘s located which made it all super comfortable. Great service!

The apartment was nice and clean with a balcony where we can left our towels and swimsuits to dry them. Also the location is really perfect - it's close to everything: beach, shops, restaurants, train station. Really nice breakfast was served with fresh and extremely tasty croissants and whatever else you would like. Gaetano is very kind and friendly host, he gave us a lot of extra information about what to visit and where to go and was ready to organize additional activities upon request (for example he helped to organize very quickly tandem paragliding flight). We really enjoyed our stay in this place and if one day we are back to Praia a Mare - we will definitely choose it again.

Really nice breakfast with fresh croissants, home made cakes and they satisfied also specific requests. The owner was very kind, he gave us a lot of extra information about what to visit and were to go.

On Saturday and Sunday night in the park in front of one of our rooms the playground is full of loud guys until 6 in the morning, so one needs to keep the window closed and rely on the air condition. The windows keep out the fun of the local kids.

Praia a Mare is a pretty little seaside town and Al Vecchio Pioppo is the perfect place to stay. The room is spacious and Gaetano is a great host. I was travelling with my daughter, who does not speak Italian, and Gaetano went out of his was to say things in both Italian and English for her. He was very helpful with suggestions for day trips and places to eat.

Al Vecchio Pioppo was perfect for our stay - the hospitality and care we received was beyond expectations. We really appreciated all fresh breakfast and local recommendations!
