Everything was perfect

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Parking available outside hotel or in garage.

You have all the necessary things and it's spotlessly clean and the bed is comfortable

The bathroom doesn't have real walls so with 2 people there's no privacy

Parking is TERRIBLE after 10pm. We stayed two nights, first night came at 12:30am, there was only one tiny parking spot. Second night we came at 1am, there was NO parking. They charge 3 Euros to park under ground, but you CAN'T reserve parking.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. My room was spotless and on a 4 night stay my room was cleaner to an excellent standard. The breakfast was fantastic and loved that it served until midday. I arrived early and so sent a messages to see if I could check in to which I had a very polite message back agreeing for me to check in at midday. The WiFi was fab and I couldn’t hear anyone else from my room. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller visiting family I felt very safe here and the location was fab for Lisbon, Sinatra and cascais. I plan to stay again alongside my family in the summer!

The room we had was quite noisy with a continuous hum of air con or something. 124

The staff was nice, breakfast fine, it is easy to find, close to Sintra and Lsbon.

The bathroom smells bad from the pipes. There Is no ventilation in the bathroom, The smells and vapour stays in. This should be changed and improved.,
