Location is outstanding

Not much to not like! TV was pretty small and older - no aircast streaming from the phone is possible. Studio only had enough cutlery and crockery for two, but staff were very accommodating so could ask for more if needed.

Location excellent, close to glenferrie train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was larger than expected and very clean.

Convenient in the centre of Hawthorn with many eating options on your doorstep.

Convenient location to public transport. But could also park in the street overnight (paid parking was a little expensive. Spacious clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for Melbourne.

as we checked in we found a couple of large cockroaches roaming around the room. carpet needs a good vacuuming : lots of room for improvement on the cleaning side

Close to train and tram. Lots of Restaurants nearby. Also shopping . The unit was well set out and comfortable.

In the units more crockery and cutlery would be advantageous to have.

Location was great. Room was clean and a good size.

Did the job. No breakfast.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived early and because the room was ready we were able to move in. location worked well for us.

Bathroom tiny and mould in shower. Mattress not to our liking but that is a personal preference. I just thought it was a bit overpriced.
