Boa localização. Bom atendimento. Estacionamento de fácil acesso e juntos o hotel.
Falta de um quarto família ou dois quartos conjugados.

Gostamos da limpeza e tamanho das acomodações do quarto quadruplo e do café da manhã.
Por ser feriado o atendimento do restaurante falhou enviando os pedidos incorretamente, mas superamos o fato.

No corredor do quarto ficaram algumas louças e bandejas acumuladas no chão durante dias.

Como Eu estava participando de Evento, no próprio Hotel, devido a quantidade de usuários foi grande, em algumas ocasiões estava um pouco lento.

The check-in took so long. I had to wait like twenty minutes they process it.
It's a 4 star hotel and does not have an iron. They had to rent it and for three pieces of clothing charged 18US$. Awful service.

Beautiful hotel, a big and very comfortable room, everything clean, great value for money. Great location for the bus station, 5-10 minute walk. Fabulous breakfast.
need to get an Uber into the main part of town where bars and restaurants are … but I knew that, and that’s ok.

The property have a good service and good breakfast.

Very friendly staff (Angelica and her co worker are amazing). The restaurant staff are also perfect. They helped me to make a surprise to my mom who didn’t know I was going to Brazil to visit her. Shower pressure and temperature were amazing. Big and nice towels.
