The staff were friendly
Not good for a solo traveller

Breakfast each day was wonderful, and gave us the opportunity to mingle with other guests and talk about travels and experiences. The room was beautifully air conditioned and instructions to leave the a/c on while absent was really useful in the tropical weather. We had a family room, which meant that our daughter could have the bedroom and we had the bed in the living area, which was handy for our night time trips to the toilet. The pool was just lovely, and it was relaxing to sit with our feet in the water after a big day out.
We booked the transfer bus from the airport before we arrived, but nobody showed up to collect us even after our phone call to the property. Apparently this was due to some form of system error, and our transfer fee was refunded.

Breakfast, pool, location, room facilities including fridge size were good.
Shower head was very restrained with water flow, making for an unpleasant shower.
Gates should all have swipe cards and not codes (we used back gate). The padlock system was frustrating on the gate out the back. Swipe card would be easier and allow access 24/7.

Excellent facility and easy access into the town centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly making sure I had a ground floor room due to my problem hip.
