Easy walk to city centre and beach. Very comfortable nights sleep. Excellent hot water supply.

Warm welcome from owener Kathy, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, we had 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable and nice touches like cafeteria with coffee.
Added benefit of heated swimming pool. The apartment was in excellent condition as was the whole complex and quiet.
This place is a real.gem, well located and very good value We had an enjoyable stay, would love to come back. Exceeded expectation.

Kathy and Jeff were brilliant hosts. Friendly, courteous and freely forthcoming with information about the town and places to visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 12-day stay. The town centre, cafes and restaurants were an easy 7-minute walk away, so walking home after a few drinks at the pub or restaurant was not a problem.

It was clean and relatively spacious. The hosts we're excellent,I enjoyed the pool. It was an excellent location
Was unhappy with the cooking facilities. Basically although I expected to be able to do our own catering, you were unable to fry anything for fear of setting of the fire alarm supposedly. I. Could boil or microwave only

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice and clean and the views from the balcony on the upper rooms were great.
You could only access to the upper rooms through the stairs. There was a heater only in the living room so if cold you’ll need to leave the room door open to warm it up.

to close to the highway and very noisy especially around 3am to 4.30am with a steady stream of trucks

The room was a good size and did have room for our luggage etc, and a kitchen for meal prep.
The bath towels were very thin and not great to dry myself after a shower.

we really love the spa & the look out of the maunga/mountain with the snow on it awesome view 💕

Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed. excellent parking. we had bikes on back of car and were offered option of parking around back so not seen from road. very good laundry facilities, although I didn’t end up using it.

If you are in the bottom back units there is no view only of the car park and the road is very busy if you plan on walking to town.
