Amazing location, beautiful views, clean and tidy rooms. Poppy was fantastic and so accommodating when a situation arose for our reservations outside of her control. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nothing really!! But would be nice to have better instructions on using the washing machine. We struggled a bit to get that to work right. :)

It was very comfortable and had all the facilities. It was very warm and clean.

The location is fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, tidy and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely. Staff and manager are both friendly and very helpful.

A spacious apartment of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - but let down by a few factors, in particular the ridiculously small bathroom - see comments below. Good location, quiet. Friendly welcome upon arrival.

The bathroom seemed to be an afterthought in the design - the apartment (number 17) was plenty big enough to have a larger space for the bathroom which was so small that it was impossible to use the toilet without sitting at a 45 degree angle (the tiny sink was in the way). Hardly space to turn around. No hanging space / wardrobe - and no table/desk.

Petit appartement très propre , très calme et confortable, donnant sur l'arrière et donné comme "sans vue". Nous l'avons cependant trouvé très agréable car très calme. Il donne sur une sorte de cour large et très claire, avec l'avantage qu'il n'y a aucun passage , c'est donc très tranquille. Il y a un petit salon de jardin devant l'appartement d'où l'on voit quand même la mer! Il n'y a pas de lave-linge dans ce type d'appartement mais nous avons pu utiliser celui du motel adjacent. On peut aller à pieds dans les restaurants du centre ville. Hôtes très sympathiques. Bonne adresse!

Clean, convenient, comfortable, had everything we needed. We had a late check in and the receptionists were super friendly.

The 2 bedroom only had one bathroom with toilet.

The apartment was fantastic. Really lovely beds and comfy couch. Everything in the apartment that is needed The outside area was an added bonus

Great location at the far end of the Main Street in Kaikoura. Facilities were really great with really good views from the ground floor in a unit near the. Front. Very efficient check in-check out. Though we had no children with us I was very impressed by the how child proof the courtyard was.

The check in check out process was so efficient that we never met any of the staff which was good in some aspects but seemed a little soulless. Another issue for Kaikoura as a whole and not a reflection on this place is that there is very little open on a Monday night so the place we ended up eating was about our fourth choice. We did not go hungry but…

Nice outlook and big bed. Nice living space.

The TV was very very (very!) small and although there was SKY the Movie channel was blocked.

Close to town and cafes, lovely view, even from the ground floor, of the water/beach/ trees/ and some mountains. Great kitchen although did not have to use it! Fairly large. The bathroom was a good size.

If curtains were open it was not very private from the car park and people would look straight in Otherwise, there were no problems, it was a good place to stay.

Location - right at the beach and about 10 mins walk to Town. Short drive out to Point Kean Viewpoint. Staff - friendly staff. Krissy helped offer alternative solution when our request to change room could not be accommodated as they were fully booked.

The shower area was not enclosed and the whole bathroom floor became very wet after shower. Asked to change to a different room with shower enclosed, but they were fully booked. Cabinets and shelves were quite dusty too.

Michelle was wonderful, warm and friendly. Always ready with a big smile and so helpful and attentive. Apartment was well designed, comfortable and well equipped with heat pump, extra electric heaters, and everything you need. Excellent stay.

Terrible smell coming from the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Kitchen needed renovating.

Loved the location and being able to walk over the road to the beach. Great layout of the rooms and furnished really well. Was so handy having a dual washing machine and drier too.

The stairs are steep , needs a handrail on both sides .

We had a great stay recently. Our unit was tidy, clean and perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen was more than adequate and had everything we needed. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. We could see the sea from our balcony and the overall location was great. Many thanks.
