A beautiful spa hotel. Courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and pleasant. Staff were willing to arrange taxi’s and tours. Yoga and other classes available.
The restaurant was closed on Thursday, which was our only full day there. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Washcloths in the bathroom would also be nice.

The hotel is immaculate, incredible grounds and the chef is wonderful. The hotel receptionists are there to meet your every need. The pool, yoga room and plenty of modern exercise equipment are available.
Taxis were readily available which was great! I like to walk however was a bit wary of few sidewalks to venture to town.

The breakfast was absolutely exceptional! We were the only ones there most days. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and the food was amazing! The grounds were breathtaking also and the amenities were perfect. I loved the outdoor jacuzzi, we had it all to ourselves both times we used it and it was so relaxing. Finally the grounds outside were absolutely beautiful and I attended one of the classes and that was a great space for that also. The location was also excellent, we could walk into town pretty easily. The staff were all super nice and accommodated whatever we needed, they even partner with a local cab company to provide car service for a super reasonable price whenever needed. This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in due to its peaceful ambiance, great service and beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the staff (both front desk team and Alex in the kitchen)!! A very close second is the grounds. Beautiful gardens and hats off to the wonderful and attentive gardener!!
The toilets could use updating, but that minor grievance is completely overshadowed by all that is good.

An amazing relaxing place to stay - and get a massage! Nice healthy breakfast you can have outside. If you leave early, they'll give you a box to go. It's about 10-15 minute walk to downtown but I drive there in 3 minutes. Friendly staff and beautiful quiet location.

very cozy, the personnel is extremely welcoming and service-oriented, amazing included breakfast and overall nice room amenities.
bed could be more comfortable, AC didn’t work properly. birds are very loud in the morning but that’s beyond their control.

The room and facilities were outstanding. The Gym had a great variety of equipment and everything was in working order. The grounds were very peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there.
Only wish the grounds had been larger and we had a couple more days to stay.

We booked a spacious garden room which had a terrace and a very tranquil private garden area. The breakfast was excellent. Lunch offered a range of healthy options which we liked. The hotel is located a short walk from the centre of Boquete.

Great location! Private and quiet. Beautiful property, well maintained yet close to everything. Staff is incredible. We were spoiled! Very professional yet friendly and engaged. Just superb.
Our room was a bit small but once we adjusted we loved the privacy and parking right outside of the room.

- no respect of covid rules from hotel as they allowed another guest in jacuzzi / pool area when the hotel reception had properly booked the time for us but did not implement the restrictions had another hotel guest arrive in area without shower after gym while walking barefoot around ... not implementing hotel hygiene & safety rules !

- comments from one of the reception staff which was across borderline insulting but which I ignored on the basis of assumption of limited english language knowledge

This is a quiet place that feels very restorative. The breakfast that is included is excellent. Katherine is extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot. I love the smell of the toiletries.
