I didn’t like the fact that the traffic was extremely loud And woke us up before 6am. Maybe consider double glazed windows or something to try and minimise traffic sounds in the rooms.

We have stayed here many times. The staff are friendly, the room was comfortable and clean and the location is perfect.
On our second morning we were woken very early by an odd intermittent banging then whooshing noise nearby. The staff were going to investigate it so probably that little issue has disappeared now.

Reception staff were lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at Central Springs. Staff were friendly. The hotel was lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the the town centre with all shops and restaurants nearby.
Our room was on the street level so there was a bit of street noise but other than that everything else was great.

On arrival, at night time, it was great to walk in to warm, cosy and clean rooms. It was in a great location and our rooms were very quiet. Beds were good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the newer section.

convenient location with ample parking. A double bed and two single beds for larger bookings. Electric blankets on the beds. Great communication from reception. Great value for this location
The beds have springs which can be uncomfortable for some. The pillows had a smell of old sweat. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear your neighbors snoring.
