Great location with helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Rooms a little tired but clean.

Gute Lage, kleine Nebenstraße und nicht ganz so laut. Der Balkon war toll. Personal war hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war zur check in Zeit nicht gereinigt als wir angereist sind. Ok das kann passieren. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen habe wusste ich nicht was hier gereinigt wurde. Haare im Bad im Bett. Ekelhaft. Tag 1 keine Zimmerreinigung. Tag 2 das Zimmer um 9 Uhr verlassen mit Schild bitte sauber machen. 17 Uhr Zimmer dreckig. Beschwert. Tag 3 das gleiche Spiel. Das Zimmer wurde gereinigt als wir drin waren. Ich wollte gerade duschen da stand das Zimmermädchen wieder im Raum ohne zu klopfen. Eine peinliche Situation. Die Krönung war allerdings das Ausschecken. Man bedrängt uns das Hotel zu bewerten. Bitte bei Tripadvisor. Habe ich nicht dann google. Das Mädchen wischte auf meinem Handy rum und sagte immer hier drücken 5 Sterne. Ich probierte ihr mal zu erklären das man 5 Sterne kriegt wenn das Zimmer sauber ist. Wenn man den Zimmerservice nicht vergisst. Ich muss sagen das ich das in Asien noch nicht erlebt hatte und als sehr unverschämt empfunden habe.

Everything in the old quarter was within walking distance. Hotel is a great value for the price.

The AC could have used some cleaning.

The staff was incredible! They very much went out of their way to make guests feel at home and have a great time in Hanoi. The hotel is also in an excellent location – still in the city center, but on a quieter street. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and helping our group. I'll stay here next time I'm in Hanoi.

For Hanoi old quarter which is always noisy, this was on a much quieter street. Zanky was v helpful.

No alternate fire escape route - just one pathway up and down.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room were very very clean and we were even able to purchase SIM cards from reception!

The staff were fab, I didn’t catch his name but we spent time talking to him about Vietnam, our plans and he gave recommendations on what to see and do throughout the country. And the ladies helped us with our taxi to the airport. We had a basic double room but it was so big, and clean. Breakfast was good, a lot of different options to suit everyone It was really great value for money, we would stay here again without a doubt!

Staff were so helpful and friendly with tips and ideas for where to go. They helped organise airport transfer and onwards travel for us. Both of which were really good and smooth. The room was comfy with nice aircon and bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful. The room is slightly cosy but comfy. Free Toiletries was nice touch and water refills

The pillows were a bit big for me, but my partner found them comfy. But I still slept very well!

great location, rooms were very clean with all the amenities you’d need for a stay. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of variety of cooked food and fresh fruit, can also order freshly cooked eggs to your liking. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they’re happy to help with booking of tours, transport and anything else required for you stay in Hanoi/Vietnam. They also let us use the shower despite having checked out that morning and made sure we were comfortable while waiting for our bus, a really friendly bunch of people who are a credit to the hotel. Would love to visit again.

We contacted the hotel prior to our stay with questions about Vietnamese visas and Zenky the manager was incredibly helpful taking our phone calls and sending links to help us. He also booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport (approx £15) . The hotel staff on the front desk and door were very polite and helpful. We left to go to Laos and our sons went on a motorbike tour for a few days. We were able to leave some bags at the hotel which our boys collected when they returned for an extra night arriving at 4am! The location is in the old quarter very near the cathedral and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

There was 1 member of staff who served breakfast that clearly did not want to be there! The others were excellent.

Location was great, there were many restaurants nearby. Our room was also very clean and comfortable and the service by the staff was great as well, we felt very welcomed there and had good conversations with the staff too.

This cute hotel is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Hanoi. Located in Old Quater, you can easily reach everything by walking. The room was cosy, clean and everything what we needed. We just want to point out the friendliness of the staff. The staff here definitely tries to make your stay even more enyojable :)

The thing that stood out most was the super-friendly staff, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Always willing to help and attend to any issues with a huge smile. Excellent location in the old quarter, in a quiet street. Room was very comfortable and well equipped, and of a generous size for Hanoi. Cleaning was done daily. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The staff was very kind, they were very attentive and gave us great recommendations. We were also able to exchange money at the front desk. Great location, walking distance to everything in the old quarter.

The room was very old and in need of maintenance. The bathroom cabinet was cracked and the mattress was against a wall that really needed some cleaning. I put a pillow against the wall to avoid touching it. The corridors smelled like food. For this price I think you can find someplace cleaner/with better facilities.

The Staff are super friendly and helpful, a special mention for Miss Lee and Harry who were always so nice and friendly. The location is perfect and the breakfast is one of the best we have had whilst staying in Asia. The in house travel agent arranged some trips for us and everything went very smoothly. All round it was great value for money.

Perfect location, clean rooms, great breakfast. But most of all, the staff is super nice. Mr. Zenky went out of his way to help me choose the right Halong Bay cruise, before I got there. He answared all my questions right away. On his advise, we ended up with Dora cruises. Excellent choice, and highly recommended! We had a very nice stay, and we will definitely stay there again.

The staff on this hotel it's amazing, specially Lee, that helped us during the whole time we stayed in Hanoi. Thanks to the great attention this functional/simple hotel turns into a great one. The hotel is really central and well located in Hanoi, close to many delicious places to eat, walk and cool shops.

The room room is a bit small to fit two suitcases but the bed is really comfy.

We would be very happy to stay here again. An excellent breakfast - we especially liked the fresh tropical fruit on the buffet. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in, big and comfortable - almost too big for the room. :) All the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was excellent for us, in a relatively quiet side street in the heart of the old quarter, in easy walking distance of the Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake.

The staff were amazing and very attentive.

The hot water lasted maybe 3 minutes and the shower did not drain very well. The bed was quite hard but not unusual for Vietnam.

Great little hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of most attractions and a great management group. We were very impressed by the service we received. All workers try very hard to please their guests. Zenky, one of the managers, and the management team asked me daily what they could do for us and whether everything was okay. We appreciate every one of you very much. A great stay. Many thanks!!!
