Only good thing about this place is the restaurant and the breakfast they served. Restaurant staff were amazing.

It is hard to believe that the place is rated 5 star. I am never going to stay here again and I wouldnt recommend this place. It isnt close to the beach. Construction noise all through the day. I could hear everything outside because of the kind of doors they have installed. It is not worth 10% of what I paid for my stay. I wont even rate this place a 3 star. Sorry but this is my honest opinion.

Excellent room (we took the duplex room 409) with superb view. Good and tasty food. Well maintained pool. Staff was supportive.

Bit overpriced when compared to other places with similar facilities. Couple of feedbacks 1. Lifts needs to be maintained. The auto door open feature when there is something blocking the door is not working 2. Lights at the stairs needs to be improved. Possibility of accidents due to the design

Rooms are big size, quite clean property overall. We chose sea view rooms and had an amazing view of Arabian sea from room as well and balcony. Breakfast provided was sumptuous and staff is really helpful. Due to covid, most of the resorts restaurants/lounge were closed so could not enjoy much. Beach is 5min walk from the resort and you can enjoy real great seafood at restaurants there. Room service in resort is exceptional and food is tasty with good options.

Extremely clean and friendly staff always on hand. Breakfast has a large variety of choice. Great facilities and excellent location. Room was large and spacious with wonderful view and comfortable bedding.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Apart from that it was a total disappointment.

The whole property has a worn down look. The maintenance was very poor. Very bad experience asking for extra bed linen - the 3rd set received was useable (the 1st and 2nd set were really bad. I dont want to get into the details). The bath tubs were also old and ill maintained. I didnt dare use it. The property doesn't have direct beach access. At the time of booking, somehow I got the idea that the property has direct access, However was disappointed to learn that the access is through outside and have to go through a steep road to reach the small beach. The restaurant food was ok, but too pricy. I feel there are much better properties nearby at a lesser cost. Value of money is extremely poor.
