some rooms were good, the others were terrible.

not clean. poor amenities (AC remotes don’t work, TVs don’t work). Only 1 bath towel per room. No way to reach the reception with the in room phone.

The location was good. Bathroom and bedroom was nice and clean

Floors were not clean enough. Balcony was not maintained and cleaned properly. There was a lizard in one of the rooms. Lounge area seating arrangements were dirty and without cussions. Swimming pool was under maintenance the whole time and the benches were also unclean.

Good resort, very well maintained. Room size is very decent, good washroom facilities as well. Nice sea view

Extremely poor front office services, they are not sure what they are doing. Restaurant operating with 2 -3 people for the whole resort. Extremely disappointed

Rooms were not ready at the time of checkin. Dirty linen, cutlery and towels right outside the room at the time of checkin. Used towel in the room at the time of check in. Extremely poor quality service. No provisions for senior citizens. Lastly the property is nothing like the pictures.

The view was beautiful from our room and breakfast was good, served by very sweet staff.

Maintenance of the hotel for eg. the main Reception area definitely needs to improve. There was also an issue with water supply in the bathroom. Overall, we did not feel it was value for money.

Air conditioning was very poor. Cannot cool such a big room with that AC. No spring mattress. Restaurant have very limited menu. Just 1 or 2 food. And they are charging very high for that as like a 5 star hotel.

Liked the reception. The good part was that the restaurant and spa of main hotel 'turtle on the beach' was allowed for this booking, so it was grt. Good location

It's a bit detached from the main hotel. Also swimming pool is very small..just for name sake. Priced a lot higher than the facilities provided.
