It is a short walk to the marina, old city and the beach. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Giuseppe is great host. Location of buttterfly rooms can't be better, close to the hystoric center on one side and beach on another. There is everything you need very close. Beds are very comfy.

Being told by G to be out one hour before the advertised 12.00; this was putting his convenience before ours.

Giuseppe was amazing and so helpful. Anything I needed he was available by what's app. A very kind and honest man. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the waterfront and old town. Bus stop right in front. An espresso bar next door where I was treated like family. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. All the comforts of home. I loved my stay and can't wait to return. 10 out of 10!

The location was right next to the touristic attractions, the room was really clean, the bed was comfortable. The owner helped us with keeping the luggages longer than the ckeck-out schedule.
The owner offered us some wrong details about the local transportation.

Rooms are clean and spacious, located not too far from the historical center in an apartment building. Giuseppe is a kind host, and can help with recommendations of where to go and what to do. The aparments is easy to arrive to from the airport (bus stop is cca. 50m from the front door) and very close to the sea.
Heating. The lack of. Even though Sardinia is nice and warm in January, compared to the rest of Europe, it does not mean, that it's warm per se. Heating is done through the air conditioning units, which are not able to increase the ambient temperature of the rooms above 17 degrees on long term. Bring warm clothes if you come before the 1st of April.

Large and clean room and bathroom, closed to city center (5 minutes walk) and Giuseppe was a very nice and attentive host.

Great place to stay to visit the old city of Alghero. Our room was a good size with a terrace. It was cheerful and well located and good value. Parking was across the road in the marina car park. We enjoyed staying here.

Giuseppe who met us at check in was very friendly and helpful . At our request he suggested some good restaurants and beaches. Prior to departure he was also helpful in assisting us in contacting Alitalia after they cancelled our flight due to a country wide general strike.
Parking was available and free on the marina across the street. The old town was within walking distance. There is a beach across the street but we did not swim there.
No complaints.
