the air con was really loud all the decking was broke up by the pool

for me it was the location Staff very welcoming & any issue’s were sorted very quickly Room very spacious & clean great shower & bath views of Jomtiem & the sea nice roof top pool to chill

only minor breakfast some foods where cold that should have been hot

We stayed 2 nights. Nice hotel, good staff, free parking

Bed was very comfortable & good location

Breakfast was very limited and the area was dirty. The room we had was near the road with views of the tour buses but I guess we someone has to have those rooms. Bathtub plug didnt work

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, our 2 rooms were very clean and spacious, amazing shower, bath and facilities. swimming pool on the top of the building had amazing views. We highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean which was good

The service was so bad they didn't understand and no one answers the phone They had no brochures of the things that can be done like day trips And when they finally answered the phone I asked for a iron to iron my clothes and they said that they dont have one🤦‍♂️ Also laundry, spa and food was not avalible Ended up moving to another hotel

I would of like the swimming pool on level 8, to be a little more well maintained, there was a dead bird in the overflow pool, and lack of cleaning of bird poo, around the non used area of the pool

They don't have even toothbrush while stating 5 stat category.... You can count it 2 star .. not at all 5 star...
