We had the most amazing time at Alegria villas. Beautiful and authentic decor, very clean and comfortable villa which was fully equipped with all the essentials you might need for your holiday. Totally exceeded our expectations. Big thank you to the host Lia for all her help and recommendations! Would very highly recommend the Alegria villas to anyone!!!!

the location is fabulous. we were there in October for a week if you’re looking for quiet and beauty this is the spot. the accommodation was wonderful spacious and comfortable, great beds and fully equipped kitchen. the hot tub was an amazing bonus to return to after a day on the beach. everything was really clean and a cleaning service was provided every other day. we were very happy and would definitely return. Lia, our host was very kind.

Wi-Fi was poor. I needed to reschedule some training sessions I had for work so for remote working it’s not great but having said that, I was quite happy to reschedule my work and just enjoy everything Zante has to offer. the full holiday experience.

We have booked villa for 9 people for the first time as we always stayed in all inclusive resorts . Lia ( the owner of the villa complex) was so helpful and always there when we needed her. The taxi was booked by villa and the driver Erik was very helpful. We have been offered to stop at the supermarket before going to the villa and do the big shopping and local shops don’t have that much of the choice as they are very small. When arrived at the villa , Lia greeted us by the gates and showed villa around. Baby Cots that we requested was already int he bedrooms so babies could have a nap while we settling in. As we had babies, kids under 10 and elderly - it was so perfect to stay in villa where we can enjoy our holiday by the pool or go to the beach which was 5 min away. The best place to eat closest to villa is Koukis restaurant . When we needed to to go to the supermarket middle of the week, Lia organised a taxi to take us to the closest market which had a lot of choice for the food. We have celebrated my birthday during the week, Lia organised for us the Boat trip and even managed for us to get more hours in town while we go for dinner as the driver came to pick us up and dropped us off but we got extra hours to spent at Kerry’s beach. Villa has everything you need - from the equipment in the kitchen to the BBQ outside ( which we used as well). Overall, it was the best experience and from now on we will be going villas instead of hotels . Thank you Dimitri and Lia for all the help and given us such a nice experience

Just returned from a fantastic week away in Vasilikos staying in one of the Alegria Villas. We had amazing time there with the villa having everything we needed. Lia and her team are brilliant. They are are all warm, friendly and helpful (including Minnie the dog) Lia was great at suggesting different places to visit and local tavernas to eat at. Vasilikos is a small village with local tavernas and a mini supermarket close by with a good beach 5 minutes walk away from the villa. We were very sad to leave and would definitely recommend a holiday here!!!!

General service level was great. Helpful owner. Tastefully furnished and equipped Great garden with lots of things for kids to play in/with Decent bar at the property where you can have breakfast or drinks Nice views from the balcony on upper levels.

Some of the equipment and appliances need replacing Atrocious internet connection in the rooms. This should be an easy fix.

Loved the villa's authentic decor, great setup in the garden with treehouses for the little ones to play and hammocks for the grown ups to relax. The place overall is really family oriented and with great beaches and taverna's 5 min walk or 5 min drive away, it served us really well for a stress free holiday with a young family. On top of this, Lia is an incredible host and looked so well after us durring our stay.

The stay was marvelous 🥰 the best place to spend time with family in Zakynthos. Very comfortable house with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Staff very helpful.

It’s not private villa. Its one big building with appartmens per two floors. Thera are 6 maybe 8 appartments. It should be called appartments, not villas. Small bathrooms. But everything else is vary good.

We had the most lovely break for ten days at the Alegria villas. Lia was exceptional she went out of her way to make our stay the best it could be. She organised pick up from the airport, stopped at a big supermarket on the way, told us all the good places to eat and visit and arranged for us to go for a day boat trip, where we swam in the clearest sea and saw turtles. The villa it self is gorgeous our three kids were in single beds upstairs and myself and husband downstairs in a really comfortable double bed. Pool was brilliant, lots of outside space, villa cleaned every other day and the local beaches were just perfect for the kids. Just a wonderful family holiday.

Alegria Villas is an excellent place to stay. The duplex apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The management were readily available for queries and were evidently keen to ensure we had the best possible experience. The complex is not so large as to ever feel busy; the pool, cafe and play areas were typically very peaceful, with the sound of crickets. At night time you can hear the waves from the nearby beach and occasionally some far-off bouzouki entertainment, which is great.

We had no issues whatsoever with our stay, and would recommend this location.

Amazing property in marvelous place with hospitable owners. Stylishly decorated villas have their own souls. Water in the pool warm and clean. A lot of beautiful beaches and tavernas are just 3 minutes by the walk. Best place for getting relax and reducing stress. We will come back for sure

We loved it all, great place for family, beautiful staff with big hearts, we felt like home. Whole property has nice atmosphere, we enjoyed the pool and pool bar. All the good beaches and taverns are 5 min walk. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience.

Quiet out of the way

We stayed in a villa with our 3 year old little boy and it was perfect, the proximity to the beach was amazing, 5 minute walk to the nearest which had sunbeds and was peaceful, 10mins walk to the next beach which was busier but still quiet when we were there! I can’t fault the villa itself, very comfortable, lovely private pool, and excellent facilities! a powerful drenching shower is hard to come by in Greece so we were very happy!

The maisonette we stayed in was lovely and spacious - it exceeded our expectations. Great facilities, lovely gardens and pool, charming traditional decor, wonderfully accommodating staff and owner, all set in beautiful surroundings. Can’t wait to return.

Simply amazing, we were a group of 5 staying in the main complex… from the moment we were collected from the airport to the moment we were dropped off it was amazing.. if you go to Vasilikos then stay here. Lia was always available and assisted us on our excursions, nothing was too much trouble.. everything was clean, the pool was a refuge from the sun. I cannot fault this place, and we will certainly be back.

This property is close to anything you could need. There are several fantastic beaches just steps away. If you don't feel like hitting the beach, you've got your own private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. To top it all off, the hosts were absolutely amazing and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to our favorite vacation destination.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Allegria Villas is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet countryside break and you are not keen on crowded beaches. The guest house has a very good standard, the interiors are in traditional design and the rooms are cozy and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as all the bedrooms. The guests' common space- garden and the pool have lovely boho-style decorating, the space is kid-friendly with a nice tree house, swings, ladders and other fun corners. Allegria Villas are located in a short walking distance from a beach, local shop and restaurants (expect, that they are rather closed in low season), and by car in a convenient distance from tourist attractions and the capital. Last, but not least, the Landlady Lia is very friendly, hospitable and always willing to help with every arrangement. Best holidays ever and no matter it was raining from time to time!

We had the most amazing time at Alegria Villas. It's in a beautiful location with lots of greenery, a few minute walk to two different beaches, restaurants. The duplex maisonette was spotlessly clean, spacious, the kitchen well equipped and each room had a balcony. The swimming pool was great for my morning swims and the children enjoyed the playground with hammocks. We loved the private outdoor jacuzzi as well. Lia, the owner, was super nice, friendly, attentive with many great local recommendations. She helped us with all my side trip ideas, nothing was a problem for her. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was very nice, spacious, and well furnished. The kids loved the swimming pool and the private jacuzzi, although they spent most of the time at the beach. The beach is nearby and can be reached easily on foot. The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was really nice, Lia was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
