Dimitri was so friendly and helpt us even to get a medicine that we missed on a other place to get it back - like a good friend! thank you again! the appartment is renovated absolutly modern!

La struttura è pulita e confortevole. Posizione ottima vicino al centro(raggiungibile anche a piedi) ma lontana dal caos. Vicina anche alla spiaggia. Consigliata per famiglie e coppie che vogliono rilassarsi ma comunque divertirsi per la presenza di pub e ristoranti.

I love the room and how it was design, it was cozy, it was clean every day, is was quiet
The fridge from the room was loud, that could be an improvement for the future.

Perfect location. The building is nice and very clean. The owner Dimitri and his stuff is just lovely nice and professional
Coul’d be perfect to have a breakfast service, it would add a lot of value to the structure

Excellent location, very clean, friendly staff and very big and comfortable apartment. The location is close to many tavernas from Tsilivi (6 min walk) and the beach is from 10 min walk. There is a free parking which was enough for all the guests. Dimitris was very kind and helpful!

The property is located within a 5 minute walk from the villa's center. It's a very nice and quiet place. The room was in very good quality. It has AC included. It's clean. The owner is a nice and helpful person.
Soundproofing could be better between apartments. Some guests can be rather noisy.

Amazing family and great accommodation!
We found such great people here, Dimitris our host together with his lovely family manage a wonderful place for their guests, with large rooms and well-equipped with everything you need. It has also a shady terrace where you can chill admiring the lively green garden. Free parking is in the yard, enough for all the guests. Tsivili center is 5 min walk and the beach 10 min walk, whereas Zante is 2,8 km away. We had a great time there and we will definitely come back! Great people in Zakynthos❤️Thank you for everything🙏👍👍👍

Great location (quiet) & very spacious accommodation (Yiota). Gardens immaculate & no issues with cleanliness. Host or cleaner always on hand to help if any requirement's. Overall very pleased with stay & will be using again.
Some of the fittings are a bit dated but did not distract from overall experience.

Being left and not pestered and how clean the appts are and how often bedding and towels washed every other day.

Perfect location. Close to everthing but still very quiet. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The owner and cleaning lady were very friendly and welcoming.
The mosquitos almost killed us! There could be some anti mosquito deveice in the rooms.

This was our third time staying here. Demitriou is the loveliest owner we have ever met and cannot do enough for you. Valentina ensures that the rooms and surroundings are kept exceptionally clean at all times
Shower can be a bit temperamental but I think this is a common issue found in Greece and the islands generally so not meant to be critical of these apartments

We stayed here on our 2nd visit to tsilivi 22 years ago and it's still looking great, The space of apartment was good, big bedrooms but you did have to watch your head on the beams with it being a loft type apartment,we all bumped ours heads a couple of times, cleaner is so nice, she does a lovely job keeping them clean. The surrounding garden is beautiful an kept immaculate. They even let us stay in the apartment till our taxi was Coming as no one was booked in the apartment.
Could benifit from brighter lighting in bedrooms and a blind at the bathroom window as the sun was very hot coming through, this was in the 2 bedroom apartment,
